Excellent service and balanced delivery

We celebrated my daughter's First Communion in September. Excellent food, refined atmosphere, and superb service. I must say the organization was perfect; Valentino and the chef were available to accommodate us with everything, always available even by cell phone.

Returned after several years, approximately between 5 and 6. Upon learning on site that the Chef we had met on our previous visit had sadly passed away... truly saddened.... Unfortunately, we also found that the menus we had found years ago no longer exist, and the current menu, I would say, is quite sparse... In any case, we opted for an appetizer, a first course, and a second course, also using a Smartbox voucher we had, but we felt that for what was offered, the value of the Smartbox had been "underestimated." In any case, some of the dishes were good, while others were a little less so, given the previous level of the location. A bottle of sparkling wine, purchased and paid for separately through Smartbox, rounded it all off. Small flaws in the service, such as the cutlery used for the appetizers, not being removed with the dishes, and when choosing dessert, the Chef's choice was brought instead of mentioning the possible dessert option. The dessert served, an ice cream according to the waiter, was two scoops of semifreddo with cream and butter inside, completely unrelated to ice cream. I hope things improve in the future, as it would be a shame if a decline in the menu and staff could tarnish the reputation of a place that once had a 5-star rating, and perhaps more, across all possible ratings.

We discovered this restaurant almost by accident, and it was like finding a treasure. The dining room is spectacular, truly peaceful and romantic, thanks in part to the decision to space the tables apart. The dishes are delicious, the staff courteous. We were truly satisfied and will definitely return.
