I would like to start the review of this charming restaurant on the hill around Chieri with a little anecdote. I had lunch at Cascina Lautier on a Sunday with a friend of mine.... we promised to exchange tastings of our respective chosen dishes... well I had a seared Chieri veal cooked in smoke cooked for several hours at a low temperature... .it was so good that I couldn't stop tasting, forgetting the agreement I made with my friend. Food to make you lose your mind 😋. Excellent cuisine, location, staff and service. Excellent value for money. Highly recommended

Location molto bella sulle colline chieresi; sala ampia con camino e tavoli ben distanziati. Cucina innovativa con numerosi richiami al territorio. Servizio attento e tempi di attesa corretti. Consiglio di ampliare l'offerta di vini a calice: ritendo le due scelte offerte troppo poche.

Everything was excellent, bagna caoda evening, cooked and raw vegetables in abundance, container refeel if you run out of sauce, excellent service, exquisite dessert, zabaglione with meliga paste, enchanting place, I can only recommend it. Fair price. I also felt good the next day, which isn't always a given with wet weather, considering that I got smashed...

We visited Cascina Lautier for the wedding of a good friend of ours. I do not have enough words to describe how everything was so special. The food was amazing, a lot of different dishes, all fantastic. Great drinks and great atmosphere. BIG THUMBS UP!

08/02/2025: We stopped after a visit to the Palace for a morning exhibition. We were captured by the variety of proposals. The piadinas are served hot and generously stuffed, the combinations are delicious and also offer imaginative vegetarian and vegan options (not the usual grilled vegetables in short). Informal environment, friendly guys and also availability of nice crispy fries. We will happily return for lunch after the next exhibition!
04/02/2025: Small but good, open kitchen and instant preparations at clear prices, recommended, too bad it doesn't stay open in the evening

28/12/2024: We stayed in this wonderful hotel for the second time this year. I have to highlight the staff, who are very friendly, attentive and accommodating. The cleanliness of the hotel and the entire facility is top. The breakfast buffet is absolutely outstanding and something I have rarely seen in Italy. The rooms are comfortable and bright. We will definitely come a third time.
10/12/2024: The hotel is right on the beach and has its own section with loungers and umbrellas. We enjoyed the proximity to the sea and the relative... quiet location of the hotel.
