I chose Cascina Lautier for a romantic lunch with my wife, using a Smartbox, and we were thrilled! The building is a tastefully renovated farmhouse, perched on a hill with a panoramic view. The atmosphere is elegant but relaxed. From the appetizer to the dessert, everything was excellent. Carefully prepared dishes, balanced flavors and refined presentation. The service was impeccable and friendly. The staff was attentive without being intrusive, making the experience even more pleasant. The soft background music added an extra touch without disturbing. I absolutely recommend it to those looking for quality, discreet elegance and a beautiful atmosphere.

Ho scelto la Cascina Lautier per un pranzo romantico con mia moglie, utilizzando uno Smartbox, e siamo rimasti entusiasti! L’edificio è una cascina ristrutturata con gusto, arroccata su una collina con una vista panoramica. L'atmosfera è elegante ma rilassata. Dall'antipasto al dolce, tutto è stato eccellente. Piatti curati, sapori bilanciati e presentazione raffinata. Il servizio è stato impeccabile e cordiale. Lo staff è stato attento senza essere invadente, rendendo l’esperienza ancora più piacevole. La musica di sottofondo soft ha aggiunto un tocco in più senza disturbare. Lo consiglio assolutamente a chi cerca qualità, eleganza discreta e una bella atmosfera.

Veramente bello e scenografico. Locale veramente bello e curato in tutto. Ottima la cucina con proposte per tutti i gusti. Buona anche la cantina con proposte varie. Complimenti per la cortesia e la disponibilità, abbiamo passato una piacevolissima serata.

Non so se sono stato io sfortunato, ma il cibo non mi ha particolamente fatto impazzire. E diciamo che quando spendi al ristorante mangiare bene non è importante, di più. In sé alcuni piatti erano "decenti", ma altri avevano degli abbinamenti o delle particolarità che 1 possono non piacere e 2 non stavano bene assieme. Ho trovato la cucina piuttosto altalenante e sotto le mie aspettative. È un peccato anche perché il servizio è da 10, l'atmosfera e l'ambiente sono raffinati che ti fanno voglia di rimanere, e le cameriere sono gentili e disponibili.

Pleasantly surprised! We ate here at Easter and I was amazed by the quality of the dishes and the care taken in the plating. The location is very welcoming and has a breathtaking panoramic view. The staff very helpful and effective. Highly recommended!

A wonderful rebirth We returned to this restaurant after the recent change of management, with a bit of curiosity... and we were enchanted. The new brigade has brought a breath of freshness, professionalism and passion which can be perceived in every detail, from service to cuisine. Surrounded by greenery, this place retains all the magic of the surrounding nature, but with a new energy that makes it even more special. The dishes are a real surprise: quality ingredients, refined combinations, authentic flavors expertly prepared with a modern and careful hand. It's clear how much the new team cares about every course and every guest. The service is welcoming. You can feel the desire to do well and grow, and this desire goes straight to the heart. Sincere compliments to the new management: the change can be felt, and it's all positive. We will return with great pleasure!

I would like to start the review of this charming restaurant on the hill around Chieri with a little anecdote. I had lunch at Cascina Lautier on a Sunday with a friend of mine.... we promised to exchange tastings of our respective chosen dishes... well I had a seared Chieri veal cooked in smoke cooked for several hours at a low temperature... .it was so good that I couldn't stop tasting, forgetting the agreement I made with my friend. Food to make you lose your mind 😋. Excellent cuisine, location, staff and service. Excellent value for money. Highly recommended

01/06/2025: I went for lunch today.. Highly recommended! The two waiters were great: friendly, kind, patient.. it feels like spending Sunday lunch with the family.. well done well done well done! Abundant and not exaggerated portions: a perfect balance!!! and excellent value for money! I ate very well. I will definitely go back! Congratulations, it's not often that you find places where good food is combined with the friendliness of the staff Well done well done well done! Too bad you can't give more stars..

13/07/2025: 5 stars Excellent experience at Colapasta restaurant. The staff was friendly, professional, and attentive to every detail. We enjoyed excellent fish, fresh and cooked with great care. The atmosphere is elegant and tranquil, perfect for a relaxed dinner. Highly recommended!
02/07/2025: I stop for a business lunch where I need to make a good impression and talk about work, and this place definitely suits this role. Directly on the counter avenue, and there is also enough free parking, there is this nice place, not too visible from the road. Very modern and well furnished, I must say that the food is really good, with an à la carte menu at really excellent prices, there are both high-level dishes, and also simple dishes but always well presented and all good. The number of customers is always very high, and speaking of what I ate I find the salmon and avocado club sandwiches very abundant as well as good, light to eat even if abundant, they give you that feeling of freshness, or I recommend the carbonara, with a nice crunchy and salty bacon on top as I like it, with a nice thick cream, a satisfying dish at a modest price. The squid soup is also good. Polite and fast service, and the final bill is honest. A nice discovery, I will be back very willingly 🙏
