Innovative and intuitive menu, excellent range of proposals, where carnivores, vegans, intolerants and lovers of wood-fired pizza can feel pampered and at ease while tasting very exclusive and well-prepared dishes.
Excellent Italian wine list and some champagnes.
The list of Italian and European craft beers is noteworthy and as a fan I can say that it is rare to find in a restaurant a selection of Porter, Imperial Staut, Ipa, Apa, pils, beers for celiacs, non-alcoholic beers and also 2 draft beers more simple drink.
The beers have the same service as the wine, they are served in an ice bucket and tasted in glasses, where I tasted 2 styles and they changed the glasses each time.
The raw fish was excellent, my friends ate the pizza, and said it was idyllic.
I tasted a fruit dessert with maple and found it excellent, my friends 2 desserts that they appreciated very much.
They served 4 varieties of very good bread.
What embellishes the offer of this place are the list of salts, the list of oils, and the list of herbal teas.
As a finale, an unusual and very spectacular icing sugar, appreciated by all.
Even though the place was crowded I noticed that it wasn't noisy.
Waiting times are short and like all places that make a difference they served all 3 of us at the same time.
They have a corner shop dedicated to wines.
Much appreciated that the chef who is also the owner, took a tour of the room where he also paid attention to us.
The owner, who is also the owner, was very willing to have a chat and told me that in December they will have their panettone on sale in the corner shop.
The prices are average, in my personal opinion generally low compared to the high quality and service of this place.
They also have 9 rooms above the restaurant as B&B.
Next time I'll try the pizza.

Truly a great experience
29/10/2024: Sono stato in questo ristorante con un'amica di sabato sera, una delle serate più intense per un ristorante.
Siamo stati accolti bene, il locale è esteticamente piacevole e il servizio attento.
Il top è il menu, ho fatto fatica a scegliere il piatto (non sono un mangione) in quanto la proposta è veramente interessante e la scelta è stata difficile.
Bella l'idea di consigliare l'abbinamento del vino, della birra o in alcuni piatti di un cocktail. Piatto gustoso e poi un dolce, anch'esso ben fatto.
L'idea di portare lo zucchero filato nel finale è sicuramente scenografica, ma tutto quel “dolce” rovina un po' la chiusura della cena... avrei potuto non mangiarlo ma ho voluto provare. Di sicuro piacerà ai bambini.
Unica nota negativa l'acustica del locale, con tanta gente è molto fastidioso starci.
