Come essere a casa. Piatti semplici della tradizione, atmosfera familiare. Antipasto di formaggi, un primo - ravioli al plin- un secondo (tartare con tratufo bianco) ottimo, e uno stracotto di vitello con contorno divino! Ottimo dolcetto d’alba abbinato e una creme brulè a concludere il tutto! Da applausi.

We were here just yesterday with friends and children; lovely place and relaxing atmosphere. Not to mention the delicious food and reasonable prices. A little gem not to be missed! I hope to return soon.

We had dinner in this very cozy place and enjoyed excellent cuisine. I have celiac disease and everything on paper was suitable for me. A note of thanks to the owner who kindly managed to serve us a dinner that we will not forget!

Il ristorante che ti riporta all'infanzia, ai piatti della mamma o anzi della nonna (scegliete voi!). Una cucina tradizionale senza mai una sbavatura, dove la semplicità non banalizza la qualità che io trovo eccellente, gli agnolotti del plin per esempio sono da 10. Tutto questo ad un prezzo che non vi deluderà: antipasti dagli 8 ai 10 Euro, i primi intorno ai 12, i secondi mediamente 15. Allego foto della stupenda corte perché i piatti li ho finiti prima di riuscire a fotografare!

Exquisite lunch. I hadn't been back in about 10 years. Everything was as good as I remembered: veal with tuna sauce, Russian salad, plin with roast sauce, tagliolini with mushrooms and braised meat (very soft and really good). Prices in line with the quality and very friendly staff.

We have been going to this magnificent bed and breakfast for many years. It is located in a beautiful position nestled among the hills of Asti, very close to the Costigliole castle and an excellent starting point for visiting wineries in the area. The place is very well looked after and the owners are very kind and always willing to provide directions. The cuisine is typical of the area, the dishes always very well executed. It is certainly worth a visit, perhaps on the occasion of some food and wine events which are frequent in the area. Really very good. See you soon.

03/03/2025: A real discovery!!! Elegant, well-kept, quiet environment. Very helpful and discreet staff. The quality of the food as well as excellent preparation and presentation!!! A place for both couples and more demanding tables in a warm environment that will envelop you during your stay. I highly recommend it. Well done 👏🏻

Agriturismo Borghetto La Radice

30/12/2024: We had lunch at La Radice today, with friends, booking on the advice of the person who manages the b&b where we are staying. The place where the farmhouse is located is special, fully immersed in greenery and peace. We admired the garden, the vegetable patch, the enchanting view. We were welcomed with a smile and with a small taste offered by the house, a crouton which alone allowed us to understand the care taken in the preparation but also the study and research behind the culinary proposal. Two soups of the day and two beautiful and tasty risottos, with garden products and delicious combinations. The meat cut is exceptional. The cheesecake is also special. Care and research even go into the coffee offering, which we appreciated. Price also low for the quality of the offer and the context - rustic but with attention to detail. We would be loyal customers if we were in the area, if we passed through these parts again we will return.
01/12/2024: Discovered by chance, unique place and I would almost say starred cuisine! Congratulations to the young owners who look after their guests in a superlative manner. Excellent wine list. The menu varies based on what the garden offers and obviously the ingenuity of the chef, it doesn't get better than this!!! Well done
