Cascina Collavini is a truly pleasant place: meticulously maintained, welcoming, and with an atmosphere that immediately puts you at ease. The food is good quality, with beautifully presented dishes and fresh ingredients. The only downside: the portions are a bit small, leaving you wanting more. Overall, a positive experience and definitely recommended.

I went for dinner. Excellent Piedmontese cuisine. The tajarin are amazing, but all the first courses are worth trying. Classic Piedmontese appetizers (rabbit rolls, peppers, veal with tuna sauce, etc.) are well-prepared. Very interesting main courses (braised beef with Barbera), and homemade desserts are very good. The wine cellar is very varied and local, so it's worth checking out. Fair prices. Worth a try.

Quiet, clean, comfortable place, ideally located for visiting Piedmont. The restaurant!!! What a find! The food is spectacular all around! The quality of the food, the comfort and seating arrangements, and above all, the professionalism and kindness of Cristina and her husband. We went back Thursday and Friday and will return when we return to Milan.

Another culinary experience: Christina, the hostess, is an outstanding hostess and culinary consultant. The kitchen crew is especially impressive: a Piedmontese mother (although originally Spanish) and her local husband (both in their 80s): They know what delights their guests' palates.

We ate lunch outside and were very satisfied. The food was cooked with love and dedication. The owners were very friendly and approachable. The service was excellent. We will definitely be back as soon as possible.

01/12/2025: Asti's piadina for years. Located in the heart of the city center, Gina la Piadina has been offering the best piadinas in the city for at least a decade, combining quality and value. Their wide selection, combined with a single common denominator, are high-quality ingredients sourced locally or almost locally.
26/09/2025: I came with my best friend after school and we had a great time. The food was delicious, but above all, the bunny chairs were awesome!!! Super!!!!

13/11/2025: I went for dinner with my wife before attending a show at the Alfieri Theater. It's a restaurant located in a beautiful cellar with a vaulted brick ceiling. We were very impressed, not knowing it's an inclusive establishment that employs some workers with disabilities, all very kind and helpful. The menu, both wine and food, is extensive and varied. The dessert list is also extensive. The menu features Piedmontese cuisine, with some expertly reinterpreted dishes. We had the cold sliced ​​rabbit salami with tornà sauce as an appetizer, very good and unique. Then we opted for the main course, where we ordered delicate and tender horse cheek and wild boar. I must say, exquisite, soft and flavorful. Both main courses were accompanied by mixed vegetables on a salad leaf. All this was accompanied by two glasses of wine expertly recommended by the wait staff. To finish, we had the bunet, which I must say has a perfectly balanced flavor; the amaretto flavor doesn't overpower the sweetness. The atmosphere is welcoming and informal. It's one of the best osterias I've ever eaten at. I'll definitely be back.
07/11/2025: Warm and friendly atmosphere Excellent food and attentive service. The owner is very knowledgeable about intolerances and is always available to advise and accommodate. They let us dine with our dog. Not much to say, highly recommended. Excellent wine. The lactose-free desserts are delicious, but still hard to find.
