Cascina Collavini is a truly pleasant place: meticulously maintained, welcoming, and with an atmosphere that immediately puts you at ease. The food is good quality, with beautifully presented dishes and fresh ingredients. The only downside: the portions are a bit small, leaving you wanting more. Overall, a positive experience and definitely recommended.

I went for dinner. Excellent Piedmontese cuisine. The tajarin are amazing, but all the first courses are worth trying. Classic Piedmontese appetizers (rabbit rolls, peppers, veal with tuna sauce, etc.) are well-prepared. Very interesting main courses (braised beef with Barbera), and homemade desserts are very good. The wine cellar is very varied and local, so it's worth checking out.
Fair prices. Worth a try.

Quiet, clean, comfortable place, ideally located for visiting Piedmont.
The restaurant!!! What a find! The food is spectacular all around! The quality of the food, the comfort and seating arrangements, and above all, the professionalism and kindness of Cristina and her husband. We went back Thursday and Friday and will return when we return to Milan.

Another culinary experience: Christina, the hostess, is an outstanding hostess and culinary consultant. The kitchen crew is especially impressive: a Piedmontese mother (although originally Spanish) and her local husband (both in their 80s): They know what delights their guests' palates.

We ate lunch outside and were very satisfied. The food was cooked with love and dedication. The owners were very friendly and approachable. The service was excellent.

We dined at this restaurant this time. I highly recommend the rabbit roulade appetizer; the meat was tender and paired perfectly with the balsamic vinegar and olive oil.
The veal stew was also very tender, though the main course was a bit more heavily seasoned, so I recommend enjoying it with the appetizer bread.
The dessert is a must-try here. I recommend the cream cheese; it's incredibly rich and creamy, with a smooth, melt-in-your-mouth texture.
For those looking for a local dessert, try the grilled peaches in the first row of desserts; I really enjoyed their sweet and sour flavor.
