31/03/2024: Last night, having called just before closing to buy a dove, I was waited on by two very kind girls who kept the place open for my phone call. They let me taste the new creation of Colomba with lavender peach, exceptional! I took the 1kg colomba with salted caramel and apricots (already finished). I have to congratulate you, the leavening is perfect and therefore very light. With every bite you taste only quality ingredients that take you on a refined culinary journey! I must say that it is one of the best doves I have ever eaten, without icing (which weighs down the leavened product) but in balance with all the ingredients. I'll be back for the lavender flavored peach one! Congratulations to your leavened students and your girls!
