We went for dinner on October 4, 2025.
We entered a beautiful, well-maintained space and were immediately greeted by the staff who took us to our table.
We began our experience with the welcome appetizer shortly after sitting down.
We ordered salt and edamame tacos.
Shaomai Spicy Thai
(Steamed dumplings with shrimp and tay spices)
Gunkan foie gras salmon
Gunkan salmon ikura
Hamayaki vegetables
And two other rolls that I don't remember the name of, but they were very good.
A bottle of Patriarchè rosé (French).
A dessert and a hot salt.
All very good, as was the service.
Price in line with the offerings.
(The only complaint, in my opinion, is the markup on wines that's a bit too high.)
Overall, a positive experience.

I was intrigued by seeing the owner rave about his establishments on IG, and today we tried this one. I can tell you I was very satisfied. Everything was very fresh and delicious. The two of us had eight dishes (be careful, they're plentiful) and a bottle of water, for a total bill of €83. The service was top-notch, and the tables were well-spaced. Definitely worth a try.

The Japanese restaurant in Canonica d'Adda is the best in the area: ultra-fresh fish, carefully prepared dishes, and a truly classy venue.
Don't expect a €20 all-you-can-eat experience; here you pay for quality—and rightly so.

We arrived with high expectations, and I have to say we weren't disappointed at all. Starting with the location, it's pretty, large, yet discreet. The waiters are super helpful and kind, and they're truly skilled. The food was amazing. I especially recommend the grilled pork ravioli, which are spectacular. Nothing to take away from the sushi, though. It melts in your mouth and is super good. The desserts weren't bad either, nothing super good, but still decent. For those complaining about the price, it may seem a bit high, but you pay for quality. For what I ate, the price was very fair. I'll definitely be back. I'm super happy there's excellent sushi in the area. Keep up the good work.

A very elegant restaurant, welcoming staff, and fast, impeccable service. I recommend going there to experience the high-quality ingredients used in their dishes!
I appreciated that they asked beforehand if there were any intolerances or special needs, a consideration not found in all restaurants.
