We were guests at the campsite a few minutes' walk away and stumbled upon the Casamatta restaurant. We were so impressed with the food (especially the pasta al ragú and al limone 🤤🤤🤤), the atmosphere, and the friendly and cheerful staff that we returned the very next day. Everything was fantastic!

We've toured southern Italy and just arrived north, but with what we've eaten in the south, the pasta and the way it's prepared is delicious. But in this restaurant, you can't say wow about the flavor... it's fine to go and satisfy your hunger, but I don't think I can say anything more about it.

We went there for dinner with our 9-month-old baby and sat outside. The servers were very friendly and attentive. We ate homemade gnocchi, which were absolutely delicious. The value for money was very good compared to central Florence!

I had lunch here today and it was truly excellent! I ordered the trio of pasta dishes: each one better than the last, with generous portions that were filling. The staff was friendly and helpful.

We opted to dine here twice whilst staying close by. Food was delicious, service was brilliant and lovely atmosphere. The restaurant on both occasions was very busy but the staff were still on top form. Highly recommend!

18/06/2025: Exceptional experience at Angelo and Andrea. It is one of the few restaurants where everything is superb from the appetizers, especially the raw ones, to the first courses, special mention for the spaghettoni with clams, to the desserts with the Catalan cream and the super zuppa inglese. For the second courses..... we threw in the towel.... we will return.
12/05/2025: the place is small and super well looked after, in my opinion also with extreme taste, nice, professional and attentive staff, the top class chef, the excellent raw materials, everything I tasted left me really enthusiastic!...To be repeated...

15/10/2025: A wonderful place, the pizzas were uniquely delicious and prepared in a very short time. The products used are fresh and varied. The staff is kind, polite and very smiling. Payment by card is possible. We were charmed and will repeat on our next visit to the city.
