A united group of women, attentive and professional, led by Anna, the owner, who prepares the menu and cooks with genuine passion. Each dish has authentic flavor, meticulous attention to detail, and is full of human warmth. The menu deserves top marks. The farmhouse is surrounded by nature, among animals and peaceful silence. The rooms are splendid. You truly feel like you've stepped back in time, yet with all the modern comforts and a refined aesthetic. Despite the feeling of being far away from everything, the place is easy to reach by car, well signposted, and with convenient parking. A place to return to for peace, authenticity, and a sense of home.

A corner of paradise found along the path of the Brigands.. here you can really recover your energy and enjoy the silence and nature that surrounds you. In addition, the very sweet Anna is also an excellent cook and delighted us with excellent dinners based on typical local products... Please, if you are passing by, do not forget to give the Casale's beautiful dogs a couple of "scratches"...

My husband and I stopped two nights during the Brigands' walk. The place is very welcoming. Anna is a fantastic person, an excellent cook. Available for various needs, we asked to have breakfast very early and she prepared a very rich tray for us. When you walk for many hours and you find yourself in an environment like Casali di Cartore you immediately forget the effort made. Thanks Anna and her collaborator (I'm mortified but I don't remember her name)

Very beautiful farmhouse set in a charming context. The room is very nice, comfortable and spacious, the context is well-kept and maintained. The breakfast/dinner room is also very well-kept, but what struck me most was the air of hospitality and authenticity that you breathe inside, which is also reflected in the delicious dishes eaten, thanks to Anna who transmits that same authenticity and serenity with her delicate manners and words.
