I haven't had the chance to stay there yet, but I will someday given the location. I had the privilege of eating there, and I can assure you, you won't regret it. The place is simply spectacular inside and out, with a breathtaking view to say the least. Anna is a wonderful person, the guys who work there are equally wonderful, and I highly recommend it. Kudos to Anna for the way she takes care of this wonderful place.

I discovered Locanda Casali del Cartore, following the recommendation of Gaia (the owner of the nearby holiday home) and I must say I had a wonderful time. Immersed in nature, an excellent lunch, kindness and professionalism. In short, I recommend you go. Anna (the owner) was also immediately welcoming and attentive. Thank you 🙂

We stayed overnight after hiking the Cartore-Lago della Duchessa loop. A wonderful welcome, a warm, authentic, and peaceful atmosphere. We ate wonderfully, both at dinner and breakfast (special mention for the breakfast desserts!). We hope to return soon!

Stage 3 of the Brigands' Trail
Excellent welcome. Anna is very friendly and available to meet the needs of hikers. The option of having breakfast early and bringing it to your room is a great option. A fabulous place, full of cats!
More expensive than other accommodations on the trail, but excellent quality and attention to detail. Recommended!
