The staff immediately proved friendly and knowledgeable, ready to expertly recommend dishes and pairings. I began with a seasonal appetizer, beautifully presented and made with the freshest ingredients. The flavors were balanced; each component of the dish had its own precise meaning and contributed to a harmonious result. The first course was the true star of the evening: homemade pasta, impeccably cooked, and a rich yet not heavy sauce. The second course also did not disappoint, with tender meat and carefully selected accompaniments. Also noteworthy is the wine list, varied and well-chosen, capable of satisfying both those seeking important labels and those who prefer to discover smaller wineries. Dessert concluded the dinner excellently, with a creative yet traditional dessert, just the right amount of sweet and never cloying. Overall, considering the quality of the food, the attentive service, and the refined atmosphere, I can say that the place was brutal.
