Very nice, rustic country hotel with a beautiful pool and pool service - dinner on site is highly recommended!

We spent five nights as a couple. It's a very beautiful place, resembling a former farmhouse, with two pools (high and low). We stayed half board. Breakfast was decent, good but lacking in variety. Dinner was excellent, limited in choice, but all the dishes were good, with some local specialties. The room was very nice and well-kept, with characteristic furnishings and excellent housekeeping. Special mention goes to the blonde girl with a ponytail at reception and the gentleman waiter; unfortunately, I don't know their names. Located just outside the center of Ponsacco, with quick access to main roads and supermarkets. A quiet place suitable for couples or families. The only downside, perhaps, is the bar prices, which are a bit high.

A two-night stay with half board, pet-friendly, very pleasant. The rooms and grounds were very clean. Relaxation was guaranteed by the pool, and even though it was the August bank holiday weekend, we were able to relax. Dinner at the restaurant was excellent. Pets are welcome everywhere, and dogs are allowed in the pool (but not in the water). Perhaps I would add more fountains, wastebaskets, and fence the gardens in front of the rooms. A few complaints about the prices of the lunch items: €13 for a "tagliere," or platter, with two slices of bread and some cured meats; €9 for four bruschettas is a bit excessive. Also, there's not much choice for lunch. I would definitely recommend this beautiful, well-kept, clean, and relaxing farmhouse.

This was our second visit and we were once again very satisfied, especially with the kindness and helpfulness of the staff. Traveling with a small child and dog, it's not easy to keep to timetables, etc., and they were a great help! Thank you.
