In an excellent location, a quiet place to spend a few days. The owners are exceptional: kind, friendly with attention to the customer. Good dinner, generous portions. Excellent breakfast. If I really have to find a flaw: the structure requires some small maintenance. We will definitely be back.

The farmhouse is a country house, in the hinterland of the Marche, a place where silence reigns supreme. We arrived and the welcome was a sincere smile from Cristian and Samantha, two brothers who together with their parents manage this wonderful place. If you want to spend some time in total relaxation, surrounded by a serene atmosphere, I highly recommend it, the rooms are clean, the food is divine, there is a swimming pool with a kiosk to quench your thirst, all with the friendliness of Cristian who doesn't make you miss anything, but above all the beauty of being among simple people. Thanks also to Andrea for his kindness. We will definitely be back 🙂

Beautiful farmhouse complete with all the comforts needed to spend a day or more in complete relaxation away from everything and everyone. The manager Christian pleasant and friendly. clean and spacious rooms. Abundant and delicious breakfast. Gorgeous large and clean swimming pool. Definitely to return as soon as I find myself in the Marche. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Quiet place nestled in the Marche hills. Clean and spacious room, Cristian and his family are very friendly and welcoming, they even offered us dinner (super portions!) to apologize for a mix-up that was not their fault. We will definitely return if there is an opportunity.

While passing through with friends, we spent a night in this farmhouse, a countryside setting surrounded by nature, quiet with a well-kept swimming pool! The very spacious and clean rooms with air conditioning. The very simple dinner, more than abundant and appetizing dishes! Welcoming and courteous staff. Price normal.

We stayed in this property for two nights with our family (3 people) and we found a very hospitable, friendly and familiar environment. Christian very helpful and kind. Nice experience, we will definitely return maybe during the Christmas period. Highly recommended Thanks Fam soggiu

Un piacevole soggiorno in questo casale rustico. I proprietari sono cordiali e attenti, il posto è rilassante, ben curato, bellissima piscina e camere classiche da agriturismo. Si mangia in maniera tradizionale, ambiente famigliare. Il paesaggio circostante ha il fascino delle colline con campi di girasole e grano. Prezzi adeguati al servizio. Torneremo volentieri

Abbiamo alloggiato una sola notte purtroppo ma ci siamo trovati come a casa. Le stanze sono accoglienti e pulite La colazione è ricca È garantita tranquillità e relax Arrivando tardi non abbiamo potuto gustare la cucina e neanche provare la piscina. Ma la gentilezza e la simpatia del personale è il plus che ti fa tornare. Abbiamo anche visto il gufo sull'albero!
