My girlfriend chose this place to celebrate my birthday.
I have to say it was a wonderful surprise.
For the choices we entrusted ourselves to the guys in the room; professional, prepared and friendly.
The place is beautiful with a huge brazier in sight.
The dishes that arrived were delicious and beautifully presented.
Everything was spot on, even the choice of wine made with the sommelier.
I really enjoyed everything including the surprise tiramisu as a gift for my birthday. 😍

We had dinner here on a late summer evening, outdoors. Amazing food, new flavors and shapes that mix with traditional ones, finding a perfect balance. The service is taken care of down to the smallest detail, attentive, but without ever being intrusive (which is not to be taken for granted): they changed our cutlery for each course, explained each dish in detail and Diego pampered us throughout the dinner with many other small attentions . Very welcome.
Even the raw materials are carefully chosen by chef Antonio, and his grilled meat is definitely a must to try. Unforgettable.

It's always nice to discover places like Casale del Chienti. We opted for a tasting menu with a truly apt first course, "the magician's hat", a tortello with an interesting shape and of great quality and a balanced filling enhanced by the carrot cream. Followed by an excellent quail but the dish that most impressed me was the rack of lamb, perfectly cooked and well-cooked which went perfectly with the delicacy of the meat. Impeccable and attentive service, a necessary stop if you are looking for a restaurant where you can spend a pleasant evening with excellent food.
