A culinary experience worth the trip!
This isn't just a restaurant; it's an elegant and charming place, with attention to every detail. From the impeccable welcome to the attentive service of the owners, everything was perfect.
The suggestions on meat and wine pairings were spot on, but the real star was the meat: a unique cooking method that enhanced every cut.
Special Mention: the attention to gluten-free options. As a celiac, I was pampered and looked after with a care I've rarely found elsewhere. A true pleasure and a guarantee!
We were traveling to Macerata with colleagues, and this fantastic dinner more than made up for the six-hour drive.
Highly recommended! It will be our regular stop whenever we're in the area.

Last night we had dinner at Casale nel Chienti, a family-run restaurant that was a delightful discovery!
The restaurant is refined and meticulously designed, with soft lighting and a welcoming atmosphere that immediately puts you at ease. The large fireplace, where Chef Antonio masterfully prepares his meat, is a true spectacle: one of the best I've ever tasted! 🔥
Antonio truly manages to convey emotion through his dishes—every creation exudes passion, respect for the ingredients, and a love of cooking.
Diego's hospitality is impeccable: the beating heart of the room. He greets you with a sincere smile and guides you throughout the evening with elegance, empathy, and professionalism. He knows how to create that perfect harmony between cuisine and service that makes all the difference.

Accoglienza incredibile, camierieri incredibili ma la cucina è il vero punto forte.. penso di non aver mai mangiato una carne così buona.

Cena tra amici, in un locale come pochi nella zona. Classe, conoscenza dei prodotti, attenzione per i clienti e qualità ai massimi livelli.
Se volete farvi un regalo o portare qualcuno a cena fuori e volete fare solo ed esclusivamente un' esperienza memorabile, non perdetevi questo posto.
Onestamente non so se fanno anche primi, immagino di sì, ma noi siamo entrati solo per una cosa. La carne.
Abbiamo iniziato con l'antipasto. Un pane ripieno di mousse al ciauscolo da immergere in una crema di pecorino, del patanegra ed una battuta di fassona. Poi è atterata lei, sua maestà Wagyu, qualità A5. Poco dopo, sono arrivate altre due bombe da circa un chilo e mezzo l'una. Qualità Simmenthal e l'altra di Scottona. Poco dopo si chiude il cerchio con una memorabile razza Irlandese. Personalmente, tra le quattro ho preferito la Simmenthal. Altissima conoscenza delle tecniche di cottura e immagino poche carni migliori per qualità di quelle in uso in questo ristorante. Carta dei vini infinita. Abbiamo passeggiato a champagne per gli antipasti e due magnum di rosso per le carni.
Se volete conoscere cosa significa mangiare carne, fatevi un regalo.
