An unforgettable experience! Each dish was a masterpiece of creativity and technique. The flavors were incredibly balanced and the presentation was impeccable. The service was excellent, kind and attentive staff, they did everything to make us feel at home. The atmosphere of the restaurant was elegant and refined, perfect for a special evening.

An experience to remember: elegance, taste and quiet We were at Casale del Chienti and I can say that it was a truly special experience. From the first moment you can feel an elegant and refined atmosphere, but at the same time welcoming. The farmhouse seems almost isolated from the rest of the world: perfect for unplugging and enjoying a moment of tranquility. We chose a high-quality Amarone, which was expertly recommended to us, and which perfectly accompanied a simply sublime meat: very tender, tasty, cooked to perfection. A perfect balance between excellent raw materials and the hand of the chef. A detail that we really appreciated was the kindness of the owners, who during dinner made sure with discretion that everything was going well, making us feel truly pampered. An ideal place for those looking for refinement without excess, good food and a little magic. We will definitely be back!

Simply gorgeous! I went on a Sunday for lunch to celebrate my birthday with my family and we couldn't have chosen a better restaurant! Fantastic staff and extraordinary food. Thanks also to the chef, Diego and all the staff! Welcoming and super kind! HIGHLY recommend!!

We celebrated our son's birthday and we couldn't have chosen a better place! Excellent service, attention to detail and a welcoming environment made us feel pampered. The food was excellent: as far as I'm concerned, I've never eaten such good meat! Cooked in a spectacular way, a sign of passion, care and dedication. Excellent price quality

I celebrated my birthday in this restaurant and I can only say that it was a wonderful experience, both for the food and for the refinement and elegance of the owners....I had a really good time and I am proud that in our province there are restaurants that have reached excellent levels of professionalism. I gave five stars because it is not possible to give more. Food and wines delicious. Even the desserts surprised us with their goodness. What can I say about the service, well done!! All true professionals, passionate about their work. Thank you very much to all the staff for the experience you gave us. Prices more than fair.

Sono stato a cena con amici il sabato sera, quindi con il ristorante a pieno servizio. Innanzi tutto il locale: anche se posizionato in una zona industriale, nuovissimo e dallo stile moderno ma con qualche tocco materico dai toni più caldi, come il legno e i mattoni a vista presenti nel grande camino scenografico. Fiore all'occhiello che pochissimi ristoranti hanno, dato il costo d'investimento, la grande cantina a vista climatizzata, cosa assai percepibile nella perfetta temperatura di servizio dei vini rossi. Cucina: stagionale e che parte logicamente da una base di prodotti Made in Marche, ma che poi vira nella creatività, cosa che ben si addice allo stile del ristorante. E poi sua maestà la griglia, condotta magistralmente dal grillardin Antonio, data la sua esperienza. Servizio e wine list: impeccabile e professionale ma allo stesso tempo giovanile ed informale da parte del maitre Diego e della sommelier Gloria. Essendo nel mio piccolo un appassionato, colgo l'occasione per ribadire i complimenti a Gloria per la carta dei vini  regionale, con presenti delle cantine di nicchia come piace a me. Abbiamo optato per assaggiare dei vini francesi, vista la sua passione per la Francia, e chiaramente non ce ne siamo assolutamente pentiti, anche visto i ricarichi applicati più che corretti. Quindi complimenti ed un grazie alla Fam. Scoponi, ci rivedremo sicuramente a breve!!!

01/05/2025: I had lunch today and everything was delicious, even the gratin vegetables were very tasty without forgetting one of the seasonal dishes with wild boar stew with artichokes and broad beans which was really excellent. Finally, the owners and waiters are courteous and attentive to satisfying customers

10/04/2025: I've traveled around the world enough, and I have to say that a concept like this is truly one of a kind. Everything is designed and taken care of to perfection: the welcome, the food, the atmosphere, the music... the first feeling I had when sitting down was that of not being in Civitanova (I'm from Civitanova and live 50 meters away!). The staff is very kind and highly trained, a pleasure to listen to as they explain the various menus, the history and the chosen dishes. Attentive service, punctual but never intrusive. There is a meat and fish menu proposal with highly selected and particular raw materials. They range from themed tastings to individual dishes... They have an excellent selection of wines and thanks to the Coravin system you also have the opportunity to drink super wines by the glass (I had an exceptional Amarone). Also surprising is the caviar menu proposal and the drink list with cocktails inspired by historical figures with lots of history attached. It was a beautiful evening from start to finish. I found the price perfectly adequate for what I drank and ate and the wonderful experience I had. It's not a place for everyone, not because of the price, but because to appreciate such a place, you need to have a certain sensitivity... I really don't understand how anyone can give a negative review to such a beautiful place, where among other things you can perceive the dedication, research and passion of the owner and those who work there. I would also add that they have a beautiful website where you can find menus and concepts and you can book with two clicks... so if you are not up to appreciating something so beautiful, look at the website, don't go there and avoid discrediting those who had the courage to bring something so unique and sensational to a town like Civitanova! My only regret: I didn't go sooner!!! I truly send my heartfelt congratulations to all of you!! You are unique!! BRAVIIIIII
