Solito frequentare hotel in tutto il mondo per lavoro, mi trovo a dover incontrare un cliente nei pressi di Polignano. On line mi imbatto in questa splendida masseria, non ho dubbi, chiamo e prenoto. Ho trascorso un giorno di lavoro come miglior vacanza della mia vita. Coccolato e riverito dall’inizoo alla fine del mio soggiorno. Titolari e staff sempre sorridenti e disponibili. Cucina locale d’alta qualità. Prezzi più che corretti e location da favola. Non so se ripartire domani o trasderirmi direttamente a vivere qui. Lo raccomando vivamente a tutti. Stressati e non. Qui il sorriso e il relax regnano sovrani

Abbiamo pranzato oggi in 4 in famiglia, e come sempre questo ristorante offre cibo di grandissima qualità, materie prime eccellenti del territorio, antipasti molto buoni e tradizionali, i proprietari e il personale sono molto gentili.

A summer Saturday dinner at the hotel's restaurant: warm welcome, excellent service, quality dishes, and excellent prices. Orecchiette with burnt wheat, pistachio pesto, and shrimp, squid ink linguine with clams and fava bean cream, and tuna steak. Quality dishes, paired with a lovely rosé.

It was the first time we went to this restaurant, a beautiful surprise, a well-kept farmhouse with a beautiful swimming pool, fresh food, well-structured and abundant dishes, compliments to the owners but above all to the chefs, truly good, highly recommended

The location is good for a relaxing break, just a 10-minute drive from downtown. The entrance is a bit tricky, as it's a one-way street. The place is nice, though. I'd just replace the mattress. The breakfast is very good, and there's parking.

Our experience was at the restaurant. We ordered: shrimp cocktail, orecchiette with cacio ricotta and fried fish, abundant and tasty dishes. Friendly and kind staff. Honest prices, I recommend it.
