Regarding this bar, I read reviews that, in my opinion, clash greatly with my visit.
Both on prices and service.
SERVICE: I came in this morning waiting to catch a train, I had 1 hour and more to spare; the bartender who served me (a young, dark-haired girl with long curly hair) knows how to do her job GREATLY. Quick and chatty in the right way, without being intrusive, and also quick to serve all the customers; we "struck up a conversation" for a few words and she is definitely someone who knows how to put customers at ease (and I know the restaurant world because I work there too). I read many comments about terrible and rude service, but I had the exact opposite! All bartenders should be like her. So I think that unfortunately some of you will have been served by other people....
PRICES: I read "higher than average prices". For 1 espresso, 1 donut and 1 bottle of water I spent less than €5. In a bar on Piazza Vittoria. Expensive prices? But where? Do you want to try Piazza San Marco in Venice and then we'll talk about it? An espresso at €1.30 is a VERY HONEST price.
So, for me, 5 stars. When it's needed, it's needed.
