I highly recommend this activity if you're visiting Ostuni! A unique experience with a nonna for a workshop creating four pasta shapes. You'll learn how to make pasta the traditional way, using the expertise of a grandmother! A very warm welcome from the entire staff, and the most important part: tasting the pasta you've made. You even have the option to take the pasta home to eat at your accommodation.

We had wonderful meal. Appetizer was local special fava bean purée with chicory. I had meat balls (bamboletas) & my husband sausage. We had almond brittle with lemon ricotta 🍋. Everything was great in heart of old town Ostuni. We will return any time !! 😊
