Comida deliciosa, ambiente maravilloso, servicio fabuloso. ¿Qué más puede querer alguien de un restaurante? Pasamos 3 semanas en Ostuni y fuimos aquí para cenar 3 veces. El anfitrión era encantador. Nuestro servidor, Alex, era perfecto. Incluso recordó nuestros nombres. Si viviera en Ostuni, haría de esto una experiencia gastronómica semanal.

Everything is fresh and this explains the prices, even if they are a little high.
Some dishes are worth revisiting, such as chops or orecchiette with turnips, more typical of the Bari area, and the bombette are good.
The wine list is excellent
Overall we had a pleasant evening.

Beautiful restaurant. Excellent atmosphere. First class attention. The very high-level chef Juan José personally explained to us how he prepared the dishes. A unique experience. I recommend it to anyone who likes to enjoy a complete experience that encompasses the 5 senses.

Really loved the attention to detail, especially how attentive the staff was regarding allergies. The dishes were beautifully presented, and the orecchiette with turnip greens were absolutely delicious in my opinion. A charming experience overall!

The choice of second courses is limited, in fact I only ordered the first course (excellent), I would have expected to find rabbit, lamb, or cuts such as fillet, priest's hat, loin etc. saw the writing outside grilleria. However recommended.

Fantastic food and service in a very cool location! Hidden away is this amazing place where they have great wine and an excellent menu offering a selection of quality aged steaks cooked perfectly to order. The octopus was perfectly cooked and fresh, and they really know how to cook a medium rare steak.
Excellent and attentive service and the layout is unique and really feels intimate and private so you aren't feeling surrounded by a lot of tables or people.
