We had dinner with friends, beautiful and refined location, with rustic and shabby style, the trio of first courses were truly exquisite, excellent quality and price. There is also a menu for celiacs

This is an excellent restaurant! We are from California USA on an extended stay for 3 months in Zocca. We prefer finding places where locals go. We stumbled on Casa Rugiada and for the 6 following meals over 2 months, the food was always excellent. Nino did a great job with the pizza's. They are baked to perfection. His English is pretty good too! The chef, and co-owner always delivered excellent food. The pastas were perfectly made. We had the mixed grill and there was a lot of food and again the meats were grilled to perfection. (just add a little salt to your tastes). The desserts - 5 out of 5. We also met some ex-pats living locally for 20+ years. This is the real deal! Talk to the owner and check out the basement bar. Some of the American posters were new to me and I grew up in that era. Great place.
