I chose this spa for a rejuvenating escape between one commitment and another. The welcome at the reception was excellent: very professional and friendly staff. However, the spa, being located within a sports club, is less well-maintained than a dedicated wellness center. The hot tub has ineffective jets, while the sauna lacks the bucket and ladle and water needed for the Löyly, as well as the essential oils that improve breathing and relaxation. The relaxation area is basic and poorly heated, and herbal teas, music, and kits are missing, despite the price being in line with more comprehensive spas. Furthermore, the silence level is not optimal, with frequent conversations between users. Ideal for a quick post-workout break, less suitable for those seeking a truly relaxing experience.

The instructors are highly professional, even in terms of education. The facility offers a wide range of disciplines and is clean. The spa is an added bonus. You are the best.

A fantastic and comprehensive sports club. I go swimming in the afternoon, and the water is always clean and pleasantly warm. The changing rooms, restrooms, and spa are always sparkling clean, spotlessly clean, and smell wonderful. The restaurant and bar are excellent. The staff is incredibly kind and professional. I highly recommend it.

A sports center that's a bit more intimate than those found on the Aurelia. I prefer it...nice pool, excellent restaurant. Several rooms for all types of activities, and there's also an indoor pool. Excellent price.

A great place to visit Rome. We stayed here with a camper. Great facility with a pool and plenty of sports facilities. Not exactly cheap at €70 per night, but clean with a good restaurant.
