Fantastic. Sitting outside in a wonderful atmosphere. The chef explains everything, and the bold seasoning and variety of flavors are truly spectacular. Very, very good.

We chose this place as the last restaurant during our week-long stay in Sirolo/Numana. It was a perfect choice, rarely so selective (in terms of ingredients) and an exciting meal. Unfortunately, we can't repeat this experience at this time.

I feel like saying thank you. I'm not good with words; I'm more comfortable eating, sipping good wine, and observing with all my senses... enjoying the experience, in short. This time, however, I want to make an effort because it's worth it, so I hope I can explain myself. I feel like saying thank you! For your passion, your desire to welcome and make your guests feel at home. Thank you for your search for balance. Balance that comes from an interest in what you do, research, study, and honing the arts, in this case the art of cooking and hospitality. Here, guests are (finally) welcomed in a truly sincere way! Here is the science and art of cooking, alchemy and so much empathy... the soul that makes itself felt when it is directly connected to the heart... I hope you never lose the spark, the passion, the desire to do things well, and I hope you find people who always understand that, behind every complicated explanation of dishes, when the bite hits the mouth, everything becomes clear and the soul and heart make themselves felt. The wine pairing is in line with all this, not at all predictable, a balanced finish. Authentic cuisine that recalls tradition while speaking contemporary without exaggeration, right, well-made like I haven't heard in a long time... for this, I thank you.

I'm writing this review because I tried their alcoholic calippo. It's something new, I've never found it anywhere else. I would have preferred it to be bigger, but the taste wasn't bad at all. It's excellent to enjoy while visiting Numana.

A restaurant that deserves every single star. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Each dish is expertly explained, and each dish is a journey of flavors. We dined outside the restaurant, at tables set on the steps located right in the historic center of Numana. Highly recommended.

The experience was impeccable in every way, starting with the extraordinary quality of the food. Every dish we tasted was a veritable explosion of flavors, prepared with the freshest, highest-quality ingredients. The passion and care that goes into every single preparation, from presentation to flavor, is evident. But it's not just the food that makes this place exceptional. The service is impeccable: professional, attentive, and never intrusive. The wait staff looked after us with great courtesy, suggesting perfect pairings and answering our every question with expertise and a smile. We felt pampered and at ease throughout the evening. In short, if you're looking for a place where haute cuisine combines with excellent service, this is the place. An experience worth repeating and one I highly recommend to everyone.

We dined at this splendid restaurant. The Classico tasting menu was a perfect choice, with exquisite ingredients, flavors, and combinations. Compliments to Alessandro and his entire staff. A Ferragosto we will remember.

The food was perfect and the service excellent! Higly reccommended. We had a meal a la carte in late August. The atmosphere is wonderful, the house wine great and all the courses beautiful and delicious.

avevamo già provato a prenotare una cena qui diverso tempo fa, ma senza successo.. abbiamo ritentato con un pranzo e siamo stati fortunati. il locale è piccolo e con pochi coperti, il che garantisce un servizio davvero accurato. la proposta culinaria è molto creativa e i piatti sono all'altezza delle nostre aspettative (che, diciamocelo, erano piuttosto alte!). cibo delizioso, ma anche fantasioso e servito con attenzione. abbiamo trovato tutto ottimo: dal cocktail al saluto dello chef, dall'antipasto al primo fino ai formaggi e al dolce... prodotti eccellenti e preparati con creatività. i prezzi non sono certo da trattoria ma sono in linea con il cibo e il servizio, anzi, dobbiamo riconoscere che, per quanto abbiamo provato e per quanto abbiamo apprezzato, ci saremmo persino aspettati di spendere qualcosa in più. insomma: da provare!
