Casa Rapisarda In Numana

Questo piccolo locale nel centro storico di Numana propone una cucina giovane e frizzante, frutto anche delle esperienze blasonate che lo chef Alessandro Rapisarda ha nel proprio curriculum ( Uliassi, Crippa, Parini, Berasategui) . In una calda sera d’agosto troviamo posto per una allegra brigata di nove persone e, si sa, in questi casi è difficile individuare un menù che metta d’accordo tutti. Dopo aver sentito i vari pareri, si decide per il menù degustazione Classico ( il più snello) che devo dire è in realtà un’ottima dimostrazione della mano felice con cui lo chef tratta il pesce ( locale) . Accostamenti e preparazioni originali e l’utilizzo di una materia prima di grande qualità fanno di questo ristorante un’ottima sosta dove tornare volentieri per esplorare ancora le grandi capacità dello chef. Servizio in certi momenti un po’ traballante, migliorabile.

Very intimate and particular restaurant as well as its cuisine: very refined and in some dishes also very "push" in flavours. But all very good especially for those looking for something different than the usual tastes.

Refined flavors and bold combinations that amaze and tease the palate in a succession of never banal dishes. Excellent food quality. Attentive and friendly service. Intimate and elegant venue.

Welcomed directly by the chef with extreme kindness, a bit as if we were in his home (the name of the restaurant is very appropriate). We had the richest tasting menu with the selection of 5 glasses. Each dish was a discovery, complex, surprising and never banal flavours. A very pleasant gastronomic experience in an equally pleasant environment. Thanks for a wonderful evening.

Everything is excellent, the raw materials are very fresh and the flavours, smells and combinations are very well calibrated and balanced. The smell of the sea can be felt perfectly and goes just as perfectly with that of the earth. We are not in a restaurant for fried calamari and this is also noticeable from the entrance: you ring the bell to enter, on the other hand, we are at Casa Rapisarda and it's fine like that. The cellar is also excellent.

Il locale è incastonato in una splendida via di Numana, ma il suo interno ha spazi ristretti, la cui godibilità risulta fortemente condizionata dal “libero arbitrio” degli altri ospiti. Nel nostro caso un tavolo rumoroso ed il via vai dei fumatori dalla terrazza non hanno aiutato. Il servizio, molto attento e cordiale è stato davvero encomiabile. Ma la protagonista assoluta è sicuramente una cucina di alto livello, fatta di piatti buoni ed intriganti, frutto di esperienza e consapevolezza. Piacevoli le contaminazioni siciliane. Da menzionare, tra l’altro, l’” Insalata di mare sur les herbes”, le “Capesante alla carbonara”, il “Risotto alla Marinara”. Prezzi importanti e porzioni “parsimoniose” potrebbero suscitare pareri discordanti ma sulla qualità dei piatti è difficile discutere.

Discovered by chance, booked at the last minute and....pleasant discovery for the quality of the food and availability/professionalism of the staff. Good choice also from the wine list. The only flaw is the small terrace at the back which is a bit sad but does not affect the experience.

Once we reach Numana in the evening we go up the coast and find the "Casa Rapisarda" restaurant, we ask for availability and they let us sit, from that moment on it was all a dream. A succession of aromas, colors and flavours, described accurately and comprehensively. What to say? A pleasant surprise, a tasty dinner. Thanks to everyone who made our dinner fantastic. During an event organized by Borgopetra Resort, we had the opportunity to get to know and appreciate the cuisine of chef Alessandro. We then went to his restaurant in Numana for a tasting menu. Helpful and kind staff and delicious food. Experience beyond (already high) expectations. Highly recommended!
