I was thrilled, to say the least, with my recent visit to this restaurant. The experience was impeccable in every way, starting with the extraordinary quality of the food.
Every dish we tasted was a veritable explosion of flavors, prepared with the freshest, highest-quality ingredients. The passion and care that goes into every single preparation, from presentation to flavor, is evident.
But it's not just the food that makes this place exceptional. The service is impeccable: professional, attentive, and never intrusive.
The wait staff looked after us with great courtesy, suggesting perfect pairings and answering our every question with expertise and a smile. We felt pampered and at ease throughout the evening.
In short, if you're looking for a place where haute cuisine combines with excellent service, this is the place. An experience worth repeating and one I highly recommend to everyone.

A restaurant that deserves every single star. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Each dish is expertly explained, and each dish is a journey of flavors. We dined outside the restaurant, at tables set on the steps located right in the historic center of Numana. Highly recommended.
We dined at this splendid restaurant. The Classico tasting menu was a perfect choice, with exquisite ingredients, flavors, and combinations.

A truly interesting location along the steps leading to the center of Numana, a modern setting with attention to detail. We tried the "Purezza" tasting menu featuring raw fish, which was truly remarkable. The sea bass like a pizza and the abstract grill are two remarkable dishes, well thought out and decidedly innovative, with strong references to tradition (pizza) but also to innovators in Italian cuisine (the "grigliata" is very reminiscent of Uliassi's style). Honorable mention goes to the smoked eel crème brûlée, a top-notch amuse-bouche!
The Ferragosto cappelletti are truly remarkable; the cold tomato and mozzarella broth accompanies a vegetarian parmigiana cappelletti, an explosion of flavor and freshness. The wine list is also remarkable, with a commitment to innovation and local tradition that deserves recognition. A truly excellent restaurant, the best dinner in terms of culinary technique we've encountered on the Conero Riviera.

The food was perfect and the service excellent! Higly reccommended. We had a meal a la carte in late August. The atmosphere is wonderful, the house wine great and all the courses beautiful and delicious.

avevamo già provato a prenotare una cena qui diverso tempo fa, ma senza successo.. abbiamo ritentato con un pranzo e siamo stati fortunati.
il locale è piccolo e con pochi coperti, il che garantisce un servizio davvero accurato.
la proposta culinaria è molto creativa e i piatti sono all'altezza delle nostre aspettative (che, diciamocelo, erano piuttosto alte!).
cibo delizioso, ma anche fantasioso e servito con attenzione. abbiamo trovato tutto ottimo: dal cocktail al saluto dello chef, dall'antipasto al primo fino ai formaggi e al dolce... prodotti eccellenti e preparati con creatività.
i prezzi non sono certo da trattoria ma sono in linea con il cibo e il servizio, anzi, dobbiamo riconoscere che, per quanto abbiamo provato e per quanto abbiamo apprezzato, ci saremmo persino aspettati di spendere qualcosa in più.
insomma: da provare!
