Interesting proposal that breaks away from the usual ones of the many restaurants in the area. Intimate and quiet place, I recommend choosing one of the tasting menus... listen to the description and then leave it to the taste and aromas. I don't know if it's in the interest but it deserves a star.

Restaurant in the small street of Numana, we ate very well, original and refined dishes, quality raw materials and impeccable service without being intrusive and attention also paid to our 8 year old daughter. Congratulations indeed, we haven't eaten so well in months!

I think it's the restaurant where, absolutely, I fell in love with everything! A friend and I are still talking about it a year later... and we'll be back! Highly sought after, excellent and exquisite dishes The bread made by them and the risotto with cream of mussels and parsley... unforgettable... The lady who served us deserves applause for her kindness, delicacy, elegance and preparation in describing the dishes. dishes... a delicious dinner in a simple location but with great attention to detail, all white and relaxing... The chef was excellent! You will go a long way and you deserve it! Congratulations and see you soon!

Small but very nice location, background music that creates atmosphere to accompany surprising gourmet dishes. We tried the classic menu proposal, everything was really excellent.

It seems clear to me that this is a restaurant that doesn't need positive reviews, but only reminders to those who haven't tried it yet: if you're in the area, treat yourself to a treat in this restaurant! The path developed by the chef is a joy for the palate (and for the eyes)!

What a great experience at Casa Ripasarda. The place is discreet and welcoming in the middle of the Numana steps. We start with the appetizers: delicious and surprising. Then the starters: special mention for the insalata di mare on herbs. Beautiful and good, like a painting. Then the risotto. The restaurant's flagship dish is the pasta alla bottarga. No dessert but small treats to end the meal with a little sweet note. Thank you for this good time and we will come back in winter for the truffle menu :)

Surprising and excellent culinary experience, which leaves you wanting to return, one of the most "wow" stops of my Marche trip. Attentive and cordial welcome, which implies authentic passion. I won't tell you about the dishes, I can only recommend coming to visit you. I wish you well-deserved future recognition 🌟

For me by far the best restaurant in Numana/Sirolo! Star level! Be sure to order the risotto and the scallops a la carbonara! Very charismatic chef whose love for cooking and his region is evident in every word and every course. Speaks Italian and English. Price/performance excellent. If you are looking for a unique taste, far away from pizza and pasta, you simply have to go here!

To get to Casa Rapisarda you have to climb a beautiful staircase, I rang the bell and was accepted by two excellent hosts. Few tables with clean and essential furnishings. I chose one of the three tasting menus and was invaded by an explosion of visual, olfactory and gustatory sensations. Not to mention the excellent cellar. Well done, well done, well done! 21/08/2024: It's always difficult to find vegan places when you go on holiday to unfamiliar locations, but with icing sugar we hit the nail on the head! A little gem in the middle of Ancona...excellent food, kind and helpful staff and the owner was super welcoming and genuine...like his place!
21/08/2024: Fantastic bar/restaurant for those with particular dietary needs or simply for those looking for special things that aren't usually found around. There are many vegan options, both sweet and savory and even gluten-free. For me they are really good and very special, really recommended, especially for those with a sweet tooth!

22/08/2024: Without discussing the location because if the food is of quality you don't need large spaces (one because it's a take-away ice cream and secondly because there are also numerous high tables for consuming) the thing that thrilled me is the combination of measured ingredients in the right quantity so that everything has its characteristic flavor note without overpowering and at the same time the ability to give a full and complete taste to the palate. (I'm thinking for example of a flavor whose name I don't remember but which contained mango, yogurt, coconut and cardamom).. Ice cream shop for those who aren't looking for conventional flavours, the city is full of those and the price is also perfectly in line because now all the ice creams around cost at least 3 euros, even the inedible ones found everywhere.. Keep it up ;-))
