Casa Rapisarda In Numana

Sunday lunch for two. We arrive a little late compared to the reservation time but we are still welcomed with a warm smile. We cannot have an aperitif (too bad) because we have little time and a long way to go to get home. This limited time was the only inconvenience of an experience that was nothing short of perfect. Everything exceeded our expectations. We have been coming to Numana for about 10 years but this is our first time at Casa Rapisarda. We can't wait to return. Thank you so much for the welcome.

Halfway up a beautiful staircase you enter the house, crossing the threshold of a small restaurant gem where you will find welcoming, courteous staff, a silent atmosphere, a few tables,...... Well-finished dishes, intense and very tasty flavours. I recommend it to many, but not for everyone.....

We had a divine meal in this restaurant, with ingredients of the highest quality and complex dishes that deserve praise, in particular the eel crem brûlé. Unfortunately, the environment does not do justice to the quality of the food: the flat and homogeneous lighting flattens the atmosphere, failing to enhance the experience. It would have been enough to lower the general light and add a small lamp on each table, or targeted lights, to create a more engaging atmosphere suited to the service offered!

Questo piccolo locale nel centro storico di Numana propone una cucina giovane e frizzante, frutto anche delle esperienze blasonate che lo chef Alessandro Rapisarda ha nel proprio curriculum ( Uliassi, Crippa, Parini, Berasategui) . In una calda sera d’agosto troviamo posto per una allegra brigata di nove persone e, si sa, in questi casi è difficile individuare un menù che metta d’accordo tutti. Dopo aver sentito i vari pareri, si decide per il menù degustazione Classico ( il più snello) che devo dire è in realtà un’ottima dimostrazione della mano felice con cui lo chef tratta il pesce ( locale) . Accostamenti e preparazioni originali e l’utilizzo di una materia prima di grande qualità fanno di questo ristorante un’ottima sosta dove tornare volentieri per esplorare ancora le grandi capacità dello chef. Servizio in certi momenti un po’ traballante, migliorabile.

Very intimate and particular restaurant as well as its cuisine: very refined and in some dishes also very "push" in flavours. But all very good especially for those looking for something different than the usual tastes.

Ristorante carino, ambiente accogliente anche se i tavoli sono fin troppo appiccicati e bisogna bisbigliare per non essere sentiti dai vicini. Buon menù degustazione, piatti ben presentati e ottimi gli accostamenti anche se le porzioni sono talmente piccole che non si riesce davvero ad assaporare il gusto. Servizio attento anche se un po' troppo lento, tra un piatto e l'altro abbiamo aspettato anche mezz'ora...troppo per i miei gusti. Prezzi in linea perché le materie prime sono ottime ma esagerati con quello che alla fine si mangia. Purtroppo non sono rimasta soddisfatta a fine cena...nonostante avessi grandi aspettative.
