Casa Mia In Trastevere In Roma

I had a great time at Casa Mia. The staff was very kind.

It was a rainy day, but we were greeted with a big smile and some absolutely delicious dishes that definitely made our evening better! The waiter's patience and explanation of each dish made all the difference. I highly recommend it for its food and spectacular service!

Good starting point for city explorations during the day and gastronomic explorations in the evening.

Very poor service, always rushed. They brought the mulled wine; they don't take care of the tables. We had ordered four dishes, one of them gluten-free, and when they brought them, they threw them away quickly and confused us, resulting in my daughter eating gluten. A disaster. I don't recommend it. The food isn't worth the ordeal. Go somewhere else.

We went to dinner in the Trastevere neighborhood and were amazed in every way. Great atmosphere. We found Cas Mia restaurant and loved it. The service was fast, friendly, and affordable, and I was amazed at the pasta served. I highly recommend it.

The hotel is in a great location- 30 mins walk max to all the main sites in Rome in a great neighbourhood with lots of bars and restaurants but still quiet at night. The breakfast and restaurant were brilliant and they set us up for the day every day! The rooms are large for a city and also very modern and clean with cleaning everyday and they accommodated a late checkout for us. Claudia made an extra special fuss of my mum on her birthday with flowers and Prosecco!

Clean, comfortable hotel and a good breakfast, but unfortunately the overall rating was lowered due to the experience at check-in. 1. There was no one at the reception and there wasn't even a bell to call the staff. I had to call (I think I called the restaurant and the wait time was 20 minutes) to have someone come. 2. The person who welcomed us for check-in seemed quite tired, probably because he works both at the restaurant and at the hotel. I felt sorry for him, the fatigue was also evident in the way he related to us. He also spoke little Italian, so communication was difficult. In the end we spoke on the phone with the person who we assume was the owner: he was kind and helpful. However, even after this call, the guy was unable to give us some essential information. To our questions she replied that we had to speak to the manager, but she didn't leave us any number to contact her 😅 So I tried to contact her on Booking but she responded after several hours 😅

This is our second stay at Casa Mia in Trastevere. It's a family-run hotel with a restaurant attached to the hotel, which serves delicious food. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Trastevere, with easy access to everything. Claudia, who serves us, is always helpful and always helped us with everything. This time, I booked directly with Claudia via WhatsApp and paid via PayPal, and everything went perfectly. I'll be staying at Casa Mia in Trastevere next vacation.

We just ate there and it was amazing! The terrace is pleasant, the service is fast! And the waiter looks like Max Boublil!
