During our recent trip to Calabria, we had the pleasure of dining at a truly unique restaurant, nestled inside a carefully restored old olive oil mill. The location is simply enchanting: intimate, elegant, and meticulously crafted, with an atmosphere that captivates from the moment you step inside.
The staff was impeccable: friendly, helpful, and highly trained, offering attentive service without ever being intrusive. A rare balance.
The menu, though limited in number of courses, clearly demonstrates how quality can (and should) prevail over quantity. Each dish is refined, with original yet perfectly harmonious flavor combinations. The quality of the ingredients is evident, and every bite is a sensory experience that recounts the region with refinement.
Finally, the bill was another pleasant surprise: absolutely fair prices, especially when compared to many other restaurants in the area that, despite charging similar or higher prices, don't even come close to this level of quality.
