The menu, although essential, offers refined and well-executed dishes, the result of a clever fusion between culinary tradition and an elegant contemporary reinterpretation. The raw materials are of the highest quality and enhanced by careful and balanced cuisine. The open kitchen represents a real added value, allowing you to appreciate the work of the chefs in real time. The only flaw of the evening, the octopus tentacle, which unfortunately was not cooked to perfection. The bill, although not cheap, is justified by the quality of the dishes chosen.
