We went to Fabrizio De André's concert. We were worried about parking but a few meters from the theater there is a huge covered car park. The theater seats are comfortable and comfortable. An excellent and very comfortable theatre.

Very beautiful theatre, in a perfect position for a city like Milan, with parking in the immediate vicinity, the downside is the very limited leg space between the seats, in other theaters there is much more space. On a theatrical level the acoustics are good, but if you attend some live shows or concerts everything drastically depends on the adjustment of the mixer by the event technicians, if the adjustment is not perfect you lose important details "eaten by the reverb and bass reflection". On the other hand, the aspect of soundproofing of the air conditioning is positive, you can't hear any puffs or rumbles and this is no small thing if you sit on side seats (notoriously, that's where they are most noticeable). Perfect lighting, quantity and capacity of toilets (beautiful and clean) just enough for a theater of this size.

Very well positioned, served by surface public transport lines and, not too far away (although walking in the evening may not be exactly easy) the metro stop. Comfortable seats even in the "poor" lines, excellent acoustics both for theatrical performances and for concerts of all types of music. We appreciate the fact that we always find the toilets clean and generally in good working order (which, unfortunately, is not taken for granted in public spaces in Italy)
