We went to eat for Christmas lunch, a very delicate appetizer with tartare and veal with tuna sauce, first with ravioli del plin with cheese fondue, shame about the second, the cheek was not good at all, overcooked, the desserts were excellent. I would recommend increasing the portions. We left the restaurant still hungry. The service excellent. Excellent wines.

Always pleasant sensory experiences when you come to Casa Galloni, chef Augusto knows how to combine the classic flavors of Piedmontese cuisine with modern techniques, always refined flavors and top dishes as well as the service. If you are in Borgosesia absolutely worth trying.

Very charming and evocative restaurant in the center of Borgosesia, in the context of a historic building.
Outside there is a beautiful courtyard with porticoes, inside a warm and welcoming room with attention to the smallest details; upstairs there is also another room, equally pleasant and comfortable. The mise en place is beautiful and elegant, as is the furniture.
The owner Augusto is a young guy, full of passion and very knowledgeable. He returned home after a long apprenticeship around Italy and beyond, with important experiences also in top-level restaurants. It offers a sober, refined, genuine cuisine, which manages to revisit and enhance apparently simple dishes and enhance the quality of the raw materials thanks to constant study and preparation techniques. Excellent dishes from starter to dessert, remarkable cellar, correct and absolutely adequate price.
The service is also impeccable, both in the delivery times of the dishes and in the overall management of the service: Auguato has the makings of an innkeeper, the staff is young, polite and attentive.
Worth the visit. Absolutely recommended.
