Birthday lunch in an elegant venue as it was built and furnished with a minimal and modern style. Too bad about the rainy day, certainly not the restaurant's fault!

Location d’effetto che consente la necessaria privacy delle conversazioni. Servizio affettato ma a volte impacciato e piatti che, con la dovuta eccezione del dolce, risultano un tantino banali nei sapori rispetto alle aspettative. Peccato.

Ottima esperienza. I piatti proposti hanno rispettato le aspettative. Ambiente interno molto curato ma allo stesso tempo informale. Location esterna caratterizzata da strutture moderne ben amalgamate con il verde dei prati e degli orti. Servizio effettuato da giovani ragazzi molto preparati. Conto adeguato al servizio ricevuto.

Restaurant located in the fields behind Stupinigi. I went to a dinner organized by AIS and they prepared all finger food dishes for us (good but I expected something more). I would like to try the à la carte menu so I can review it better.

The restaurant is a great experience. Whether you go for veggies or meat everything is on point! The fried aubergine, carpaccio, tortellini and monkish were great. The wine selection included natural wines, ciders, Petnat was fantastic!

Rifugio Selleries

03/09/2024: I have known the refuge for years and so does Massimo who manages it with so much passion. The structure is certainly dated and the building isn't much, but the location is beautiful: the Selleries basin and valley are as enchanting in summer as in winter. The external summer refreshment point is excellent (the fried polenta and the really top fried potatoes) the service is perhaps a little slow, but you just need to have a minimum of patience and you will be served. Prices are lower than those at the bottom of the valley. The access road is long and a bit bumpy but in my opinion any car of a minimum height can get there without problems. A piece of advice for those who choose to arrive on foot, start from the Seileraut village on the beautiful path and avoid the dust and heat of the road from Pra Catinat.

09/07/2024: 5 stars for a restaurant that never disappoints. It is a restaurant that offers truffles as a specialty (choice between white and black based on seasonality) and an interesting and valuable menu. The raw material is excellent and the quality of the food is excellent. The service is quick and punctual and the staff is always very kind and welcoming. The location, which was already very beautiful, has recently been renovated and it seems that the place will be further expanded. Super recommended even in summer!
09/07/2024: Definitely beautiful place in a quiet environment. Excellent dishes, excellent wine list. Competent staff, kind and attentive without being intrusive. Medium/low price considering the high quality of what is offered.
