Este es un buen restaurante, pero mientras IT tiene como objetivo proporcionar platos espectaculares me pareció bastante soso. El interior es muy limpio y profesional, pero también un poco frío, y lo mismo era cierto para el servicio.

Great experience, tasting menu curated with quality local raw materials, very kind and young staff, very attentive and they also adapted the menu making it gluten-free for a person with celiac disease. The location is brand new, design, we did not find any flaws, also the quality-price ratio is very good. Recommended!

Partiamo dalla cosa meno positiva, l'ubicazione. Situato in una zona un pochino defilata dal centro se invece vogliamo vedere il lato positivo gode di ampi spazi. Struttura dal design moderno adatto per una cena tranquilla oppure ad un evento come nel nostro caso. Siamo stati accolti a bordo piscina per l’aperitivo, con un tavolo e relativo addetto a versare il vino agli ospiti. Sono stati serviti dei finger food di ottima qualità e i camerieri sempre presenti ma mai invadenti. L’interno con toni bianco e grigio è molto armonioso e pur essendo al completo il rumore di sottofondo non è mai stato fastidioso, questo denota che i pannelli fonoassorbenti hanno fatto egregiamente il proprio lavoro. E’ stato servito come primo un risottino molto buono e mantecato al punto giusto, invece ho gradito meno il secondo (costine) più dettato dal fatto che non amo questo taglio di carne. Gelato come dolce buonissimo, forse la portata migliore di tutte. Nebbiolo e Roero Arneis di buona qualità. E’ stato chiesto come ammazza caffè sia l’Amaretto di Saronno che i Baleys ma purtroppo nessuno dei due era disponibile. Forse in queste zono viene richiesto poco di frequente. In this beautiful location we celebrated the baptism of our daughter, there are no words to describe this wonderful place, everything was impeccable from the service to the waiters, Andrea the manager was always careful to satisfy our needs, we made a great impression, the quality of the food was excellent, the dishes were prepared to the highest standards and an elegant room especially reserved for us!
