Probably the oldest operating Wine Bar in Florence. Nice atmosphere. Very popular also among locals. Excellent choice of wines, especially natural wines. Competent suggestions by the owner Gianny. Nice bruscette and panini. Must see location!

We drank 4 bottles in company recommended by Claudio from la Casa del Vino. He accompanied us in the choice starting from a light wine up to a bottle of Barbera. With the wine we ate some crostini, freshly prepared, good combination.
For those looking for a good, historic place with Florentine origins and excellent value for money, Casa del Vino is for you.

Good selection of natural wines, the place is small but welcoming. They serve some sandwiches and some dishes of typical products. A bottle or a glass cannot be missed when passing through Florence

Sono stata alla Casa del Vino con amici. Il locale è un luogo dove il tempo sembra essersi fermato e dove si possono gustare ottimi panini accompagnati da vino eccellente. Io ho assaggiato un panino con merluzzo, olive, salsa verde e ceci. Davvero superlativo! Squisito anche il piatto di verdure. Accoglienza perfetta.

What a beautiful place, even if a little hidden, but perhaps that's what allows it to maintain its authenticity. Wooden furniture, excellent wines (glass or bottle), offers crostini, crostoni, sandwiches or depending on the day even different dishes, but it is not a restaurant. Welcoming staff to chat with (until the place fills up). If I understand correctly they stay until after lunch every day, afternoon only on Friday and Saturday (better to check anyway). Found by chance, came 2 days in a row
