Dinner with friends truly appreciated. The place is super welcoming, warm and well-kept. The staff are helpful and advisable. I ordered a cold cuts platter, a goulash with polenta and the Sachertorte, all very good. I then tasted the shank, it was amazing. Remarkable beer. Highly recommended!

I only had a beer with a friend but I liked the selection of beers they have (on tap and in bottles). The atmosphere is also very nice and I will probably go back for a drink.

La Casa dello Speck is an excellent discovery for those who love the flavors of traditional mountain cuisine, with a creative touch. The dishes are carefully prepared and made with high quality ingredients. Last night I was lucky enough to try something truly surprising off the menu: roast suckling pig with marron glacé, pumpkin cream and bacon. A balanced and tasty dish that certainly deserves to be included in the regular menu. The service was friendly and the atmosphere welcoming. I will definitely be back!

Excellent experience in this place, especially the decor. There is a wide choice of beers with symbolic brands of Germany, Italy and other nearby nations. the meat dishes were made with care and with good quality products, finally the price is average. Recommended place

12/12/2024: We are a difficult couple: a vegetarian and a celiac. We were spoiled and pampered. We recommend!
02/12/2024: I give 5 stars on trust, despite a small criticism. Nice environment, elegant and airy and not 5 like most restaurants in the historic centres. Efficient staff, above all calm (they don't rush you and you can chat calmly between one course and another) Excellent typical Mantuan appetizer. The macaroni with pastisada and the loose Lambrusco are excellent. Unfortunately the pumpkin tortelli (excellent) were seasoned with a sausage sauce that was a little too salty. But being the only flaw we will definitely be back.

12/11/2024: Having arrived after having booked days before, it seemed to me that they were unprepared for our presence.... we order, among other things, two risottos with pumpkin and I don't remember exactly what.... after half an hour we received two risottos with fish... .okay, we're not allergic and especially I eat whatever.... all in all we didn't eat badly but given the presentation I expected something more.... a little expensive in my personal opinion, poor relationship between quality and price.... restaurateurs for 28 years....
21/10/2024: Business lunch: fast but kind service, very good food, portions not exaggerated but just right.
