Not far from the city center, in the Piazzale Gramsci area, there is this place that offers a vast choice of refined beers poured to perfection. A typically Alpine cuisine, inspired by the flavors of Trentino and the typical dishes of this tradition. Dishes such as dumplings or polenta, shin and goulash. Here too, selection and refinement come first, for example for the tastings of selected cured meats and cheeses. Very knowledgeable, friendly and professional staff. Pleasant service as well as the environment. Furniture and rooms furnished according to mountain tradition with some elements and accessories that wink at the contemporary. Car ports available along the surrounding streets.

Dinner with friends truly appreciated. The place is super welcoming, warm and well-kept. The staff are helpful and advisable. I ordered a cold cuts platter, a goulash with polenta and the Sachertorte, all very good. I then tasted the shank, it was amazing. Remarkable beer. Highly recommended!

I only had a beer with a friend but I liked the selection of beers they have (on tap and in bottles). The atmosphere is also very nice and I will probably go back for a drink.

La Casa dello Speck is an excellent discovery for those who love the flavors of traditional mountain cuisine, with a creative touch. The dishes are carefully prepared and made with high quality ingredients. Last night I was lucky enough to try something truly surprising off the menu: roast suckling pig with marron glacé, pumpkin cream and bacon. A balanced and tasty dish that certainly deserves to be included in the regular menu. The service was friendly and the atmosphere welcoming. I will definitely be back!

Excellent experience in this place, especially the decor. There is a wide choice of beers with symbolic brands of Germany, Italy and other nearby nations. the meat dishes were made with care and with good quality products, finally the price is average. Recommended place
