This gluten-free cannolo with ricotta and chopped pistachios is spectacular and truly delicious. They're very careful about gluten-free ingredients; the cannolo shell is packaged. I opened the ricotta fresh to ensure I didn't contaminate it, wore gloves, and kept everything separate. Highly recommended.

Delicious canola, with a choice of fillings and toppings. Small ones are 3 euros, large ones 4 euros, so the price is also great because the large one is really big – see the photo ;)

05/01/2026: A truly unique location, the restaurant is located inside a former Christian crypt. Expertly renovated and tastefully furnished. Excellent value for money. Not your typical place for mass tourism. Selection and attention to detail are paramount. Unforgettable!
29/12/2025: The place is very cute and unique. We had dinner for two with two appetizers: arancini revisited with a Roman twist with cacio e pepe (excellent), and egg on Jerusalem artichoke. A first course: pasta with sardines (too much spice and raisins that overpowered the flavor of the sardines) and a second course: mackerel on carrot cream (grilled mackerel atop the cream with two pickled onions). Honestly, I expected better. The sardine sauce was too thin, and the pasta was washed out. The fish was a standard dish that I could have made at home. Dessert made up for it a bit with an excellent carob Bavarian cream. A bottle of water, two glasses of wine, and a passito. Total: €95. Let's just say that, considering everything on the scale, it's reasonable. Neither praise nor infamy.
