Ivan is a guarantee on the quality of the food. SPECTACULAR location. In the service we were followed by Ivan "junior" (Rodighiero) and we found it in him Professionalism, friendliness and education. In conclusion, 5 stars for this restaurant are too few!! Congratulations to Ivan and all his staff.

Su consiglio di amici abbiamo prenotato in questo ristorante che è una location coccola di altri tempi immersa nel verde. Abbiamo scelto il menù completo abbinato ad una bottiglia di vino rosso "Rufian"con un buon e abbondante antipasto creato dallo chef Ivan. Due primi piatti e un secondo incantevole con verdure della casa; ottima scelta della tagliata e anche il baccalà. Per finire un dolce prelibato della casa. Ringrazio la gentilezza e ottimi consigli del cameriere sulle pietanze.

Among the districts above Valli del Pasubio there is this delicious restaurant that I recommend with pleasure. It is a magical place, surrounded by nature, with a wonderful view. The food is excellent, refined and well presented. The professional and discreet service. Excellent wine list. A wonderful experience that we will certainly repeat.

02/03/2025: I really like the Da Palmerino restaurant for the quality of the dishes, which are always delicious, the kindness of the staff and the very welcoming environment. The tasting menu is fantastic and so are the purple gnocchi. The pancakes were superb!!!
16/02/2025: If you love cod, the Palmerino Restaurant is a must. I had the pleasure of tasting a cod-based menu and the experience was excellent in every respect. I started with a mixed cod appetizer, a journey of flavors between traditional recipes and creative reinterpretations. The cod risotto was perfectly creamed, balanced in flavor and with a perfect creaminess. To conclude, I chose the pancakes with eggnog cream, an irresistible dessert that closed the dinner in a sublime way. The place is nice and clean, furnished with taste and attention to detail. The staff proved to be attentive, courteous and highly professional, helping to make the experience even more pleasant.
