Brand new management taken over by the guys who until recently ran Casa Ciabotto and who, unfortunately, were deprived of their historic place.
Fortunately, in a very short time they were able to resume activity in the taste shop while continuing to provide a high quality service.
The location is certainly less suggestive, but more modern and the summer terrace is large and pleasant.
The food always excellent. The respectable wine list.
Truly exceptional Tajarin (the divine ragù).

Arrivati a Verduno nel pomeriggio, abbiamo deciso di fermarci per cena.
Buoni gli antipasti, il tris piemontese e le crespelle alla zucca, mentre i tajarin al tartufo da rivedere, il tartufo non si sentiva quasi per nulla.
Ci siamo lasciati ispirare dal bunet, ma ha deluso ogni nostra aspettativa: freddo, senza forma, insapore.
Il conto esagerato.
Just a quick ape. Wine is everytime a guarantee. The foods served with the drinks were a bit under expectation. The previous management variety seem better. Curious to have lunch orndinner to understand more.
