I come to this restaurant several times a year. It's run by a family that makes the experience truly enjoyable and high-quality. The restaurant is beautifully decorated and tastefully decorated. You can also eat outside on a quiet street compared to many other restaurants in the area. The food is meticulously prepared; the owner, the chef, cares deeply about both the quality and presentation of the food. Considering the quality and deliciousness of the food, the location, and the service, I find the bill to be fair, if not slightly low. 10 stars for them!

I went there in April 2025 and I loved it. The place is quiet, the service is attentive. It was really pleasant. We took the time to savor a perfectly cooked dish, everything was just right: the flavors, the cooking, the presentation.

I was looking for a last minute spot to enjoy dinner and wanted to find something fresh and authentic as opposed to commercial Italian cuisine. I stumbled upon this gem just in time before closing and they allowed me to sit inside and enjoy an amazing meal. Quaint, clean atmosphere with friendly and professional service. The food was impeccable and exactly what I was looking for. I enjoyed a few small and light plates - beef carpaccio, tuna tartar, zucchini blossom and a baked scallop. Fresh and balanced food, would highly recommend! Thank you kindly for a memorable last meal in Venice… Special thanks to Massimo and Carmel who took care of me.

We came for a glass of wine and were tempted by the gazpacho. Absolutely superb. The presentation and the hearty addition of julienned vegetables made it a substantial appetizer and beautiful presentation.

I LOVE it here! This restaurant is so delicious that it's too bad to tell you. (It's already famous, but you know) As soon as I ate it, I wanna give a standing ovation. It's like a Michelin 3-star
I had pasta and steak
They gave me the perfect al dente texture of pasta, and the steak melts in my mouth, literally.
The service was so kind and the place was so clean and quiet that I can only think of this part
It was one of the best moments of my trip to Italy!!

Segnalazione sul Gambero rosso abbastanza meritata.
Casa Cappellari è con una impronta moderna, quindi non abbiamo trovato l’autenticità dei bacari veneziani.
Abbiamo peró trovato degli ottimi cicchetti. Un pranzo a base di assaggi dalle sarde in saor al bacalà mantecato , dal tonno alle capesante.

Piatti buoni e ben eseguiti.
Ottimi cicchetti caldi e il bollito.
Carta dei vini con ampia scelta...si mangia e si beve bene!!!
