The setting in which Casa Bleve is immersed, in the center of Rome, is of rare beauty. The room is located in the old sixteenth-century stables of a noble palace, and is adorned with columns, arches, and glass ceilings. The view is exciting. The menu offers extremely refined dishes: raw courgette flowers stuffed with ricotta and garnished with cherry tomatoes and olives, tagliolini with lamb rugo, orecchiette with turnip tops, stewed cod. The cellar is extremely rich in high-quality labels. The waiting staff is kind and welcoming.

Beautiful old building, with attentive staff and delicious food. Couldn't book a table on the website, but walked in at lunch time and reserved for the evening with ease.
The food was great, coupled with fantastic attention to detail from the restaurant owners. Felt very... Local.

Great waiting staff. But food should have been served hot rather than warm ( fish, lamb and squid) Lamb could have been seared before slow cooking.,muscular parts tasted ok, but sinew, fat etc. were wasted and unappealing to the eye and palate.

Se encuentra dentro de un palacio noble en el corazón del centro histórico, a pocos pasos de la Plaza Navona.
Escenario elegante y gran atención al detalle.
En cuanto a la experiencia gastronómica, ciertamente no se irá con hambre.
Nos quedamos muy contentos con su carta de vinos y carta de menús bastante extensa
Todo era de alta calidad, bien cocinado y bien presentado.
El personal era muy amable y bien informado, y la comida era genial.
Los precios eran un poco altos, porque perfectamente en línea con la calidad de la comida servida.
Lo recomendamos.
Vale la pena parar.
