Hands down the best meal I have ever had anywhere 🤯 the squid ink seafood pasta is to DIE FOR!!! We cannot wait to be back!!!!

Wow, we were visiting Rome and so glad that we found this place. While it's in the center of the city, it didn't feel touristy at all. In fact, I'm quite sure we were the only foreigners there. We appreciated the patience of our host explaining the menu to us, given our lack of understanding of Italian and Roman cuisine. We were going to order more, but he stopped us, and he was right. The portions are extremely generous. The food was delicious. And that room is simply so beautiful. The light pink walls and the whole ambiance are so romantic. The wine list is extensive and reasonably priced. The entire evening was simply wonderful. While we ate at some more expensive restaurants during our trip, Casa Bleve is actually the one we definitely recommend and will go back to if we're back in Rome. Thank you to the host and the chef of Casa Bleve!

Excellent dinner and perfect atmosphere. Mrs. Tina, owner of the restaurant, always manages to satisfy the needs of any palate with her excellent dishes. As an appetizer we took a series of mixed fish samples and a fresh fish carpaccio, followed by a spaghettone with black garlic and blue fish tartare (recommended). For dessert I would recommend the chestnut cream or Mrs. Tina's homemade cream. The price is perfectly in line with the quality of food served.

Ho cenato in questo ristorante che già conoscevo e nel quale ho deciso di tornare per via dell’ottimo ricordo. Onestamente ho mangiato meglio le volte precedenti, ma devo dire che il servizio è sempre eccellente. Il cameriere ci ha coccolati per tutta la durata della cena, persona simpatica e cordiale. Antipasto con prodotti di qualità, una carbonara buona e una amatriciana altrettanto buona ma sarebbe preferibile piú condita e senza alcuna erba aromatica (rosmarino e simili). Carta dei vini molto fornita e ricercata, dolci e frutta buoni. Anche il ristorante e l’atmosfera sono piacevoli nonostante qualche miglioria nella sala principale sarebbe sicuramente apprezzabile. A presto.

La dedizione, il talento e la cultura enogastronomica della sig.ra Tina, la padrona del locale, sono noti in tutta Roma e non solo. Si viene accolti come a casa, la cucina e la cantina sono di altissimo livello, il personale discreto ed efficiente. Un ristorante di altissima qualità da non mancare.
