We ate at L'Andrunel twice. Excellent welcome, delicious food, very good wines. We enjoyed it very much.

This is a beautiful boutique hotel on a tucked in street in the heart of Limone. Not sure why Google states this hotel as a 1 star hotel. This hotel is as boutique as it gets with only 4 or 5 rooms and high end in-room amenities. Plush robes, slippers, toiletries, big rain shower and a smart toilet! Great breakfast with an a la carte menu to choose from and the best croissants. We ate at the restaurant one of the nights and it was delicious!! Sat outside and the ambiance is just gorgeous. Last but not least, the people working there are just great, very friendly and attentive service. Thank you for a great stay, we will be recommending you to anyone traveling to the area!

We stayed at L'Andrunel for two nights. I highly recommend it! The room is beautiful and clean, the beds are comfortable, the breakfast is excellent, and the staff is very friendly. We were also impressed by the restaurant. Very good Italian food with a small menu.

We were only guests in the restaurant - not in the hotel: Update October 3, 2025: We returned to L'Andrunel for dinner after a long absence and were really looking forward to it. However, the L'Andrunel restaurant has unfortunately changed - definitely not for the better, in our opinion. Although there used to be a clear menu, the dishes were truly great and the food was truly excellent! The service was always super-attentive, knowledgeable, and personable. This concept was obviously abandoned, presumably to generate more revenue with the commercial mainstream. They now work with a standard menu that doesn't differ significantly from other standard restaurants in Limone. What a shame! This means that L'Andrunel is losing its individual and unique character! The service has unfortunately deteriorated significantly: slower, less attentive, and not particularly competent - at least when it comes to the otherwise good wine list. The food is now above average. Good, but far from the "old" L'Andrunel. Not to mention the exclusivity. The sauce on the Caesar salad bears little resemblance to the authentic recipe, and the shrimp bruschetta is completely overpriced for what you get. Conclusion: Food is good, but not impressive. The ambiance is really nice! The wine list is definitely one of the better ones in Limone and the surrounding area. Service is nice and friendly, but absolutely not comparable to what it used to be, and unfortunately not competent (we had to wait 15 minutes for our first greeting, and the rest of it was rather superficial). L'Andrunel is and remains one of the better/nicer restaurants in Limone, but it has lost its distinctive and individual character, and the cuisine is significantly less sophisticated than it used to be. The price-performance ratio is sometimes not right. That's a shame, and the restaurant loses its "highlight" status for us. Instead, it disappears into the mass of "typical" Italian restaurants. Therefore, it was rather disappointing for us.

L'Andrunèl is located like a small, old palazzo right in the pedestrian zone. You park your car in the "Parkhaus am See" (Parking Garage by the Lake) and receive a free entry/exit pass at the ticket counter. You're driven to the hotel by golf cart. Beautiful rooms and a very good restaurant. At breakfast, you're greeted not with a boring buffet, but by a cheerful young lady who takes your food and drink orders and serves them at your table. A wonderful stay that I highly recommend. Thank you very much!

One of my favorite meals in Lake Garda. The bread was fresh and the zucchini ravioli was absolutely delicious. Also enjoyed the beautiful atmosphere and the wine selection

Excellent service, the staff made us feel so warmly welcomed. The room was stylish, large and had great views. The breakfast was excellent. I recommend!

A beautiful restaurant with a relaxing atmosphere. The margaritas and Caesar salad are delicious. The spaghetti is delicious. The service is excellent, but the price is a bit high.

Excellent lunch, homemade pasta and very tasty sauce. The house red wine is very interesting... the staff is courteous, especially Sofi, who was kind and professional. All the staff were very good.

Delicious food and a fantastic atmosphere. A lovely little spot you really have to discover. It's almost impossible to find from the street. Ask the staff, and they'll lead you to an intimate, romantic spot.
