Arrivo a pranzo e chiedo un tavolo. Mi fanno accomodare e dopo 10 minuti mi prendono l’ordine “modello fast food”. Più di Mezz’ora di attesa per ricevere la pizza. Vado a pagare e mi parla senza guardarmi e mentre mi da il resto è già con una gamba fuori dalla cassa guardando la sala. Che dire… di sicuro non ci ritorno Pizza era ok, preso una bufala ( €15 ) Servizio pessimo e inesistente Coperto €2 … per una tovaglietta di carta sul tavolo e un tovagliolo per pulirsi che è della qualità più bassa che si possa trovare…

Staff molto accogliente e gentile. Luogo molto Partenopeo 🥰 particolare il basilico all'ingresso accoglienza molto ben tenuto e presentato quasi come se fosse casa. Pizza,pasta e caprese degni di nota .

If you improve these aspects, next time I will give you 5 stars: 1) Pizza must be served well cooked and not with dough that is still too soft which is unpleasant and not easily digestible 2) In the room, attention must be paid to who entered first and sat at the internal table. There are not only external tables to be served. Everyone passed in front of us as if we were transparent and only thanks to the call of one of their colleagues who was serving at the counter... They realized that perhaps we too were waiting for someone to take the lead... 3) Once the tables have been vacated by customers, they must be cleaned... But the chairs must also be cleaned and above all pieces of food and broken glass left on the ground must be collected... a very superficial cleaning, it doesn't leave a good impression .

I would have ordered/eaten everything, as the list attracts typically Italian dishes, unfortunately for various reasons and limited time, I only ate an excellent carbonara. Surprised at the checkout, the manager offered us an excellent hot chocolate. Served by a very kind girl.
