We enjoyed a wonderful evening here at Casa al Torchio (Torgglhaus) with wine, salad and delicious pasta. However, their pizza menu is extensive and most everyone else was enjoying pizza. We’ll be back to make sure that it was as good as their pasta!

Terribly good pizza, I give it 5 stars because: the pizza was probably the best here, the waiting time was less than 5 minutes, a very quiet atmosphere, e.g. there are no small children screaming, and speaking of food, there is a very rich selection, I highly recommend this place ;)

We were welcomed for dinner even though it was the busiest time. Great service, the staff were excellent, and the atmosphere was truly charming. Excellent menu, highly recommended!

We were in Bolzano to visit the Christmas markets and had lunch at this historic restaurant. The atmosphere and cuisine are typical of Alto Adige. Reservations are recommended as it is very popular and popular. Rating: EXCELLENT (the best I can give).

A lovely, rustic restaurant with truly excellent food, very good, friendly service, and hardly any waiting time. The trio of dumplings was delicious, and the cheese and speck platter was also very good. The ambiance is exactly what you'd expect in South Tyrol, with heavy wooden furniture and wood paneling on the walls. The building itself is a real eye-catcher, even from the outside.

01/11/2025: We dined there in late October and were completely satisfied. The service was extremely courteous, warm, and attentive. The food was delicious and, above all, quite unique – in the best possible way. They use regional and seasonal ingredients, which makes the dishes very interesting and high-quality. Therefore, I can certainly understand the "normal" prices for the rather small portions. We found the portion sizes just right; we could enjoy a main course and dessert without feeling stuffed. We were also very impressed with the farm-made ice cream :-) The secluded location was actually quite pleasant for us.
