Casa al Torchio In Bolzano

I got the egg noodles with mushrooms and bacon. I was expecting more pasta varieties and better flavor. To be honest, the menu is super basic for being a city center restaurant. The portions were also small for the price. Service was nice but very average. Dont think I would come back again.

We stayed at the Torgglhaus in Bolzano with a group of friends and had a great time! The place is welcoming, with a warm and refined atmosphere, perfect for an evening with friends. We tried both the pizza and some dishes from the traditional menu: everything was really excellent, well presented and with quality ingredients. The service was quick, friendly and attentive, even though the place was full. A wonderful experience that we recommend to those looking for good food in the center of Bolzano!

Very nice and characteristic place in Bolzano. Very busy even at 2pm on Sunday, but with fast and efficient service. First course, second course (1 more per tasting for everyone), dessert, water and top quality wine (with the addition of 2 glasses in addition to the 2 bottles of pinot noir). Coffee and world grappa for around €45 each. Definitely coming back. Well done

Per chi come me quando viaggia cerca sempre luoghi caratteristici dove si possa assaporare la vera tradizione locale, ecco, questo è il ristorante che state cercando. Il ristorante si trova all'interno di uno storico casolare nel pieno centro storico di Bolzano, arredato in stile altoatesino, offre un ottimo menù composto da piatti della tradizione locale, assolutamente da provare i canederli. La carta dei vinifoenisce ampia scelta tra cantine locali e le più rinomate etichette d'Italia. Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile. Ottimo il rapporto qualità/prezzo Se ricapiterò in zona, ci tornerò sicuramente!

In visita a Bolzano per un finesettimana di piacere e per visitare i famosi Mercatini di Natale, decidiamo di cenare in questo posto per assaggiare qualche piatto tipico del Trentino Alto Adige (confesso che tante altre tipicità sono state assaggiate in giro per la città). Arrivati alle 18:45 chiediamo se possibile prenotare per cenare più tardi ma il cameriere all'entrata con la lista (forse il metre) ci avvisa che tutti i tavoli sono prenotati a partire dalle ore 20:00. Ci informa però che possiamo cenare prima e simpaticamente ci chiede se riusciamo a farcela per quell'ora: accettiamo la sfida! Ci fanno accomodare e l'ambiente e molto caratteristico e accogliente dato dalla presenza del legno nell'arredamento. Veniamo subito serviti. Prendiamo come primo i canederli in brodo e gli spatzle con spinaci (Buoni). Per secondo prendiamo costine di maiale marinate in birra Foster con patate e insalata di verza (Buono) e polenta con funghi porcini e gorgonzola (Ottimo). Abbiamo terminato la cena alle 19:45. In conclusione abbiamo mangiato benissimo e il servizio è stato superveloce (complimenti ai camerieri). Alla prossima.
