We had ordered the pork ribs with potatoes and eggplant pizza. Both dishes were delicious and tasty. The pork ribs were a little dry; it would be better and savory if they could make them with some sauce or gravy.

It used to be solid, but unfortunately it's gone downhill. The dumpling trio is still decent, the wild mushroom side dish is watery and doesn't live up to its name, the Schlutzkrapfen lacks flavor, the Papardelle is okay but they skimp on the venison ragu. They charge for the Cuperto (a piece of bread, not even oil served with it), even for a toddler. Service is only moderately attentive. The price/performance ratio is no longer up to scratch compared to, for example, Vögele. Not again. A shame.

Both the wine and the pizza were good, but nothing special, but the rustic ambiance was really great. The prices were very fair. A lovely inn.

Average.
I would pay more attention to the cleanliness of the stairs. It's worn over time and has turned black.
The waiters are very kind and attentive.
The food is average for tourists.
The price is average for Bolzano, but I'd say it's high for the amount of food.

Near Piazza delle Erbe in Bolzano, very kind staff, old building, they also sell food inside like a luxury supermarket, touristy, but pleasant

Good atmosphere and service, but the pizza I got was a margharita, and was clearly not tasty at all. My wife took the pasta with ragu and it was OK. Disappointed, maybe it suits the taste of the Germans and Aussies, but we are in Italy… and far from a real Italian restaurant.

While passing through Bolzano, we had lunch at this restaurant. It's a charming place with a few outdoor tables, and a more refined interior. The menu offers a wide variety of traditional dishes and pizzas. We tried the venison goulash, which was well-made and flavorful, and a very popular local wine. The price is perhaps a little high, but still average.

The Torgglhaus impresses with its special charm – the historic building is truly impressive. The food is also good and delicious, although I have the impression that it was a bit better a few years ago. Today, it's still solid, but not as exceptional as it once was.
