A truly pleasant experience! The restaurant is very charming, with a welcoming atmosphere and a touch of old-fashioned charm that makes it unique. The food was excellent, beautifully presented, and rich in flavor.
Special thanks to the two fantastic waiters, Mehdi and Giorgio: kind, very attentive, and always available to recommend the best dishes. Their attitude made me feel at ease.
I absolutely recommend this place—both for the food and the impeccable service!

A perfect evening. My partner and I wanted to discover the region's specialties and we were delighted. The welcome was very warm, with a waiter who took our reservation and then very friendly, accommodating, and above all multilingual waiters! We tasted regional wines and then shared an artichoke and smoked goose pizza, which was excellent. Then we tasted the Knodeltris and Schlutzkrapfen, which were also delicious. Finally, the desserts were very generous and just as full of flavor (strudel and torta). We recommend 100% :)

A very, very good restaurant in Bolzano. The homemade cuisine is delicious, with quality products, a wide variety of dishes, and reasonable prices. The atmosphere is calm inside, the service is good, and the location is beautiful.

Per chi come me quando viaggia cerca sempre luoghi caratteristici dove si possa assaporare la vera tradizione locale, ecco, questo è il ristorante che state cercando.
Il ristorante si trova all'interno di uno storico casolare nel pieno centro storico di Bolzano, arredato in stile altoatesino, offre un ottimo menù composto da piatti della tradizione locale, assolutamente da provare i canederli.
La carta dei vinifoenisce ampia scelta tra cantine locali e le più rinomate etichette d'Italia.
Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile.
Ottimo il rapporto qualità/prezzo
Se ricapiterò in zona, ci tornerò sicuramente!

Excelentes pizzas en un entorno histórico antiguo. Grandes premios también (alrededor de 10 euros para la mayoría de las pizzas) recomendaría este lugar!
