One of the very few bars that runs water to clean the filter before making a coffee. A plus that makes the difference. A "white fly"!

Today we went to try this place from the Cartabianca group which is located in via Pratese in Florence, I must say that parking is not easy because it is on a very busy street. Inside the place is not very large but it has a nice veranda, the style is the same as in all Cartabianca places, the service was fast and professional, the coffee and pastries were good, in short, we'll be back.

Fabulous cappuccino, with a creamy and well-made foam, a delicious sweet piece with this combination of strawberry and cream goes very well. Crispy and soft at the same time. Smiling and kind bartenders. Great breakfast!

27/12/2024: You eat at this gastronomy surrounded by bottles of wine of all types and prices. Comfortable environment with not many tables. Friendly and familiar service, very homely in fact it feels like being at home. The cuisine is typical of the area and changes every day. The dishes being gastronomy must be chosen in the window. A must include the Livornese style chops, the best I've ever tasted and an impressive bread soup A particularly good chestnut cake that they have been making for 50 years
