I got to know the Carta Sugar pastry shop through their Instagram page, I contacted them and was welcomed by very kind staff, I trusted them and I booked a cake with a surprise message for my boyfriend's birthday, what can I say... they made it to order perfection, and the cake was uniquely delicious, I will be back to see you soon, thank you for your friendliness and professionalism, see you soon.

31/03/2025: Siamo stati in questo ristorante per il brunch della domenica. Il brunch è composto da antipasti misti, tra cui pizzette, pappa al pomodoro, formaggi, due primi, grigliata e patatine per secondo e un tris di dolci. L’antipasto e i primi sono serviti a buffet, mentre il secondo e i dolci sono serviti al tavolo. Vino bianco, rosé e rosso illimitato. Prezzo 35€ tutto compreso. Bellissimo contesto in una bella giornata di sole. Adatto anche per bambini, c’è il maneggio coi cavalli. Super consigliato.

22/02/2025: First time, after a long time, I wanted to try their Roman pinse. I have celiac disease and I loved the gluten-free pinsa, with dough made by them and not frozen. It will certainly be a point of reference for every time I want pizza/pinsa. Furthermore, the owner was very kind because she waited for me to arrive to put the pinsas in the oven and have them hot (even though I had arrived close to closing time). Thanks for letting me enjoy a tasty gluten-free Roman pinsa!
