The carbonara is a small masterpiece of balance and flavor, Teresa's fillet steak with green peppercorns is tender and perfectly cooked, and the desserts are simply delicious. In Piazza Euclide, Parioli, there's a bar and restaurant where you can have breakfast, aperitivo, lunch, or dinner. We ate superbly, welcomed by Alessio's warmth. I recommend the wok chicken and the sliced ​​beef.

A carbonara and an amatriciana, both good. Mopping up the sauce was the only option with the amatriciana. The red swordfish steak was excellent. A cozy, quiet raised terrace, even though it's almost on the street. Impeccable service and a welcome taste of the pistachio liqueur made by the owner's mother. Portions were generous, but with a very fair price. We'll definitely be back.

Siamo stati al Carrots Café di Piazza Euclide e l’esperienza è stata davvero ottima. Abbiamo mangiato benissimo: piatti curati, ingredienti freschi e abbinamenti originali che ci hanno conquistati dal primo assaggio. Come antipasto abbiamo iniziato con bocconcini di pollo fritti e verdure dell'orto (freschissime e panatura croccantinissima). Abbiamo proseguito con una tagliata di scottona al sangue (perfetta) e il Carrot's fried chicken, squisito. Per finire delle ottime patattine fritte. Il servizio è stato impeccabile: personale cortese, attento e sempre disponibile a soddisfare ogni richiesta con un sorriso. Un ambiente accogliente e moderno, perfetto sia per una pausa pranzo che per una cena rilassante. Siamo rimasti anche dopo cena (prima digestivo offerto dal manager) con un cocktail fuori menù che ha soddisfatto le richieste e un calice di buon vino. Consigliatissimo, torneremo sicuramente!
