It's an elegant hotel I've been frequenting for a while, in a quiet location and very close to the city. I've always found the staff to be excellent, the cleanliness and comfort excellent, and the atmosphere very pleasant, with a breakfast that gets the day off to a great start.

The villa is a bit out of the way from the center. You need to take a car to get around. The rooms are modernized, clean and air conditioned. Possibility of having breakfast in the garden overlooking the mountains. At the reception everyone was very courteous and efficient as were the breakfast waiters. All very professional. Excellent stay... and excellent breakfast!!

Old concept 4* hotel, not too modern, so much so that I had some small problems with the shower in the room, promptly resolved by the staff.
And it is precisely for this reason that I give 5 stars and, if I could, I would give even more: all the operators with whom I interfaced, towards me, were of rare kindness, from the gentleman at the reception to the lady who prepared dinner for me and up to the boy on duty for breakfast.
The first one, in particular, satisfied my every need, meeting me in every way and always with a smile... and I can say that I was particularly tedious, compared to usual.
If the possibility arises again, I will definitely return and recommend it to anyone who needs support in the area.

Impressive hotel inside an ancient villa on a hill at the gates of Belluno in a quiet area. The complex is large and even the external buildings annexed to the villa have been transformed into rooms. There is a restaurant in the building. Large room and habitable bathroom. Good breakfast
