I stayed at this hotel for work. The staff is very kind.

Very clean. Thanks to the cleaning lady, she was very attentive and thorough in her work. Thanks to all the staff, including the kitchen, the food was very good.

A hotel just outside the city, in a quiet area with a panoramic view of the surrounding mountains. Quiet, elegant, well-maintained, and clean rooms that have retained their old-world charm. The only drawback: the shower, whose "plastic block" could be replaced with a more brick-style one. The staff, both in the restaurant and at reception, were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant's chef presents each dish with refinement and taste; the New Year's Eve dinner was fantastic! Breakfast offers a wide selection, from sweet to savory, offering a wide selection, even for those who are gluten-free.

I'll definitely be back. The room rating is because it wasn't very large. Anyway, a very good place for medium-high profile travelers.

Excellent experience for a business trip. Excellent breakfast, friendly and knowledgeable staff. This will definitely be my go-to place in Belluno.

Update, November 23, 2025: We finally managed to stay at this fantastic hotel. We had a wonderful time with our eight-month-old baby. The room was always super cozy, with all the amenities and comforts. The breakfast was truly excellent, with something for everyone, both sweet and savory. Overseen by the excellent Marco in the restaurant (and all his staff), as well as by the kindness of Marco at the front desk and the wonderful Mrs. Wanda. The price was truly competitive for a 4-star hotel with a convenient location for the beautiful Dolomites. Update, October 24, 2025: I stand by everything I said in my first review and add the kindness, courtesy, and patience of Mrs. Wanda, who assisted me with the booking and everything else. Very helpful and wonderful location. Thank you. 2019 Review Impressive and hidden location. It feels like arriving at a French castle. A delight to the eye. Spacious room. With a couple of minor flaws. 1. No nightstand on one side of the bed (ok if I'm alone, but two... One has to make do) 2. A fairly outdated TV with many channels blocked. 3. It takes a scientist to study the lighting control unit. And the air conditioning. Apart from these points, everything was fine. Jacuzzi shower, bathrobes, slippers, and everything else that makes it a ****. Free and fast WiFi. Smiling and pleasant staff, especially Marco in the restaurant, who prepared two superb eggs. With the help of his colleague Matteo. Even the ladies at reception smile and help the guests. I will definitely be back.

There are few options in Belluno, IT. I've stayed at several over a couple of trips. This is the only one I return to. The staff are beyond welcoming and accommodating! The front desk staff goes out of their way to accommodate and welcome you. The Maitre in the restaurant is one of the most genuine people I have ever met. He remembered not onky my name on my second visit but what my caffe order is as well as my favorite ammazzacaffè! The rooms are spotless and charming with open beam ceilings and comfortable beds. I'll stay here every time I come anywhere close to Belluno.

Rooms for every need, beautiful, well-maintained, and clean, with a priceless view, and a stunning location! The beds are comfortable and perfect for those with back problems, and the breakfast is excellent, with something for everyone, and the coffee is also very good. Good value for money. It deserves its four stars!
