Beautiful villa, exceptional location at the foot of the Dolomites and a few minutes from the center of Belluno. Elegant but casual environment, attention to details such as the walking apples offered to each guest every day. Impeccable cleanliness. Large room in the annex, with small garden in front with table and chairs, large bathroom, with window and very comfortable. Excellent breakfast service, various products from local and excellent producers, remarkable croissants, top-notch waiters, professional but discreetly friendly. Excellent reception and welcome. We stayed there for three nights, and hope to return for longer this summer. Highly recommended

Nestled in the mountains this villa appears majestic and elegant, creating a breathtaking effect. Ancient and in style, it is the perfect location for ceremonies in grand style. There is an air of elegance and good taste. Both outdoor and covered parking. The kindness and availability combined with the high professionalism of the lady at the reception in the morning/early afternoon who I thank very much is priceless. My room is nice, a single room not too large and not too suitable for my purpose (business) where I need many sockets to connect PCs etc.. small toilet but I really appreciated the hydromassage shower, the products, and also the immense mirror in rooms. The breakfast was good, the service and care with which I was treated by the gentleman in the room was superb. As always, beyond the enchanting place, it is always the people who make the difference. Thank you .

The location is very suggestive and the staff is courteous and polite. The room was clean and spacious with very nice exposed beams. The breakfast was varied and plentiful. The bathroom quite good. The position of the individual rooms with respect to the central nucleus may mean that to go to breakfast you have to pass through an external courtyard.

I stayed in this villa and I must say that everything was impeccable, from the excellent quiet and very panoramic location, to the excellent service of the staff, and to the excellent dinner/breakfast served by professional and helpful staff (especially the maitre d' room Marco, a person very nice). What more can I say? Try it to believe it. Highly recommended.
