02/11/2025: The best sandwich of all. I had the biutiful with porchetta, pan-fried vegetables, and olive pâté. 🔝 the fries with provola and pancetta. The bread was excellent, as was everything else. The vegan cake with cream was delicious. It's not the first time, and it's always been confirmed for the high level of quality products. Excellent service. We were passing through Sicily, but since we live in Parma, we'll come visit you in Milan soon 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻
28/10/2025: FUD Bottega Sicula offers a variety of sandwiches, burgers, focaccias, and pizzas made with high-quality Sicilian ingredients.
The restaurant is well-decorated and bright, with seating available inside, at the counter, or outside.
My experience was positive, but there were some flaws with some dishes.
Le Bec potetos cis:
I found the potatoes floury, not crispy, and too salty; the bacon was already salty.
Cresi ors (horsemeatballs): The bread was good, but the meatballs were a bit dry, with only the onion providing flavor.
The horsemeat is very lean, and needed more seasoning.
Baffalo burger: The burger was average, with the onion flavor and especially the barbecue sauce prevailing. The bread was a bit too crunchy, and the bottom was really tough.
Parmigiana burger: It was scorching hot, with the eggplant slightly raw, but very rich in seasoning.
Average service and perhaps slightly high prices for starters.
