My absolute favorite spot for lunch (they do dinners as well, I've just never been...yet).
My son and I would make this a regular weekly stop, not only for the amazing variations on carpaccio, lively selection of wines, creative and delicious seasonal menus, wonderfully warm reception and service and beautiful surroundings, but they were also kind enough to wait for us to arrive on their borderline closing time as his school didn't get out until 2pm!
Over the years, they've become like family to us and the food has only gotten better!

Vigilie di Natale 2023-2024 in 24 familiari, stessa impressione! Menù definito in anticipo con scelta molto limitata. Una portata a testa senza cibi particolarmente raffinati o pregiati : antipasti discreti, primi e secondi sufficienti ( spezzatino che sembrava ragù!). Vini (della zona) in quantità limitata e acqua a parte. Locale carino ma servizio con carenze (la forchetta usata per il primo non viene sostituita per il secondo! ecc.). Infine il conto 54.5 euro a testa compresi i bambini con menù ulteriormente ridotto... Beh! Veramente esagerato. Con la stesa cifra mangio in molti ristoranti anche di categoria superiore e con menù libero...

Ambiente caldo, forse i tavoli un po’ troppo vicini. Personale empatico e accogliente.
Servizio un po’ lento e distratto, ci hanno portato il coperto ( semplici fette di pane e grissini) solo su richiesta e con gli antipasti già sul tavolo.
I piatti, originali, ma non sono piaciuti a tutti. Personalmente darei la sufficienza abbondante ma non mi hanno colpito. La a ualità sembra buona ma i gusti e gli abbinamenti non sono proprio da ricordare. Il dolce alle castagne non mi è piaciuto, poco “ dolce”. Prezzi accettabili, quantità sufficienti ma non se si ha fame, vino della casa a mio avviso tropp caro in rapporto alla qualità. 17€ al Lt. per un Merlot sfuso.
Promosso con la sufficienza non di più.
