09/03/2026: Today we discovered a truly authentic Turin piola, thanks to our cousin who brought us here. A wonderful surprise and a truly pleasant experience. A welcoming place, with a simple yet refined atmosphere, true to the spirit of true Piedmontese piola. The dishes are prepared with great care and respect for tradition: excellent ingredients and flavors that reflect the region. Sincere compliments to the owner for the place and the atmosphere he's created, but more than deserved praise goes to the chef: attentive, skilled, and also very friendly, qualities that make the experience even more enjoyable. It's immediately clear why this place received the award for best piola on Alessandro Borghese's show. A place we'll gladly return to. Highly recommended 👍🏻

08/03/2026: We discovered this place thanks to the TV show 4ristoranti, which, by the way, won hands down. The experience confirmed the extremely high ratings awarded, not only by Chef Borghese, but also by the other competing restaurateurs. The location immediately puts you at ease, the service impeccable and not cloying. The food is worthy of praise. Unbeatable value for money. Well done, well done, we'll definitely be back. Must try!
