Small but welcoming environment, discreet venue, excellent service, stratospheric mussel soup!

Very simple, family-run restaurant with excellent fish, the specialty is the mussel soup which must absolutely be tried.

Small restaurant located close to Lake Averno, internal room with window overlooking the lake, on nice days it is also possible to eat outside. Typical menu, mainly fish, decent cuisine, sufficient portions and table service, honest prices.

I have been coming here for years and it is often a beautiful place by the lake, if you book in advance it is better to arrive and sit without waiting too long. we went today there were 4 of us but I was disappointed by the very slow and disorganized service. We sit down with a room that isn't even full, we don't even order the appetizer, 2 peppered mussels that arrived after 50 minutes. The first after 45 minutes and in addition 3 equal courses arrived together and 1 did not. We call the waiter and he tells us that they had some problems in the kitchen and that he hadn't reported it. another 10 minutes to bring the 4 first course ordered. We basically ate at different times and it wasn't nice. Not our fault, but theirs and it wasn't as always, even the waiters and the people were grumpy and not as nice and smiling as always, I left very dissatisfied.

On Sundays, the wait for lunch is very long. There are 20 tables available. Five on the outside. Fifteen inside. There is a cook. Make great food. Three or four waiters. Everyone very kind. They forgot part of our order. All right. Pay at the register when you leave. seating at the table costs €2 per person.

After the Baia Sommersa trip, "family" lunch in this small, simple and well-kept restaurant, good service, excellent food. Super view of the lake. To return. Well done everyone.

Small restaurant on the lake in a suggestive setting. The cuisine, traditional in style, is very good, with excellent fish first and second courses. The space is a little small but the kindness and helpfulness of the staff make the stay truly pleasant. Prices are quite low. Compliments!!
