The layout of Bagno Carolina doesn't suggest such a culinary offering. The appearance also counts, especially given the prices, so much more could be done with the atmosphere, table settings, and furnishings. The dining room staff could offer a few more smiles, which, however, are evident when you see the dishes presented. All are beautiful and, above all, delicious. I'm not giving it my all for the previous remarks and also for the excessive use of oil (chitarrini with sea urchins) and salt (sardines). Nice menu (which often changes) and a small but good wine list. Well done, even if you could be very good.

Excellent service and food, the only flaw is the restaurant part with slightly high prices

We had the opportunity to dine at this beach resort. The staff was friendly and helpful, but the food was below expectations in terms of quality. Spaghetti with clams, which contained sand, and a tasteless pistachio parfait. The house turbot and strichetti were good.
