I went to eat at Carni e Delizie because I'd heard good things about it from some friends in Trapani, and I must say they'd given me a very good recommendation. Francesco, the owner, is incredibly kind, and this is a great place to start! The dishes I ate (I was alone) were exquisite, especially the sausage with fennel (a real treat). I recommend it for an authentic Trapani dinner in a quiet, friendly place. Thank you.

I entered Carni e Delizie in Taranto with high expectations, and I left with the confirmation that you come here for one reason only: to eat well, without frills. The atmosphere is simple, informal, and doesn't try to impress with elegance, but with substance. And substance, in this place, is abundant.
The meat was a true revelation: tender, juicy, cooked to perfection. Each cut speaks of the passion of those who work with skill and respect for the raw material. It's not just a dish, it's an experience that makes you immediately know you've made the right choice.
And then the surprise: the carbonara. Creamy, balanced, with just the right amount of flavor that makes you think of the best Roman trattorias. I wasn't expecting it in a place dedicated to meat, but instead it was one of the things I'll remember most.
The service completed the picture: friendly, smiling staff, ready to offer advice without ever being intrusive. You feel welcomed, as if you were a regular customer, even if it's your first time.
Carni e Delizie isn't the place you go for the decor or the elegant atmosphere: it's the place you return to because you know you'll eat well, with dishes prepared with care and passion. For me, it's become a point of reference in Taranto, a place that doesn't need gimmicks to win you over, because the quality speaks for itself.

We really like these places where you can choose what you want cooked, typical of southern Italy. The meat is excellent quality, plentiful, and very digestible. The atmosphere is simple and familiar, just what we like. Recommended!

My boyfriend and I had dinner here, and we had a wonderful time. We highly recommend the mixed antipasto. Everything is very fresh and homemade. The grilled meat and the busiate pasta with wild boar ragù are also delicious. The owner is friendly and welcoming. Go there, you won't regret it!
