A special round of applause goes to the owners, a husband and wife team who are extraordinary people who put their heart into everything they do. They personally came to our table to greet us, enthusiastically sharing the history of their products and the philosophy of the restaurant. It's rare to find such dedication to their customers: they truly made us feel at home. And then... the meat! Simply amazing. The carpaccio was one of the best I've ever tasted: tender, flavorful, and melting in your mouth. A true delight. We made a great discovery last night in the heart of Martina Franca. We were out for a ride on our motorcycle and found this place, the Braceria carnezzeria. The owners are very attentive to their customers' needs, and what can we say about the sandwich?
