My wife and I ate excellent meat, the staff is friendly, the owner is an excellent griller and very helpful. Phenomenal Apulian Bombette, about half a kilo of lamb chops and to finish a sliced ​​rocket and parmesan all accompanied with excellent baked potatoes and onion with oil homemade by them. To finish local bitter and sweet offered by the house. We will return, but obviously I recommend Carnezzeria to everyone for the goodness of the meat and tenderness. Excellent quality/price ratio.

Abbiamo mangiato ottima carne io e mia moglie, il personale è cordiale, il titolare un ottimo griller e molto disponibile. Bombetta pugliesi fenomenali, mezzo kg circa di costolotte d'agnello e per finire una tagliata rucola e grana il tutto accompagnato con ottime patate al forno e cipolla con olio fatta in casa da loro. Per finire amaro locale e dolce offerto dalla casa. Noi ci ritorneremo, ma ovviamente consiglio a tutti la Carnezzeria per la bontà delle carni e tenerezza. Ottimo il rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Arrivati a Martina Franca da Torino volevamo assaporare le specialità di carne e i salumi per cui questa bella località è conosciuta. Le recensioni di questo locale hanno attirato la nostra attenzione. Il locale è piccolo, essenziale e accogliente, con annessa macelleria. È il posto giusto per noi, che ricerchiamo sostanza e cortesia più che la forma. Nei periodi "caldi" penso sia fondamentale prenotare. Il servizio è eccellente, garantito da 2 ragazzi professionali ed educati. Una menzione speciale per Francesca. Anche il titolare, molto gentile, si assicura che il tutto sia di gradimento. Salumi di produzione propria e carne eccezionale. Noi non abbiamo preso i menù ma una serie di assaggi (principalmente bombette, tagliata e patate alla brace). Sono attenti alle intolleranze alimentari come la celiachia. Vino della casa buono. Rapporto qualità/prezzo eccezionale. Coccola finale inaspettata e molto gradita. Consigliatissimo!

Having arrived in Martina Franca from Turin we wanted to taste the meat specialties and cured meats for which this beautiful location is known. The reviews of this place caught our attention. The place is small, essential and welcoming. In "hot" periods I think it is essential to book. The service is excellent, guaranteed by 2 professional and polite guys. A special mention for Francesca. The owner, very kind, also makes sure that everything is to your liking. Home-made cured meats and exceptional meat. We didn't take the menus but a series of tastings (mainly bombette, sliced ​​meat and grilled potatoes). They are attentive to food intolerances, such as celiac disease. Good house wine. Exceptional quality/price ratio. Unexpected and very welcome final cuddle. Highly recommended!

29/07/2025: I've been a loyal customer of this restaurant for years, and I'm only now realizing that I've never left a review that lives up to my experience. It's time to fix that. The Kent is a restaurant that stands out in every way: a welcoming atmosphere, consistently helpful and qualified staff, and cuisine capable of satisfying every palate. A particularly positive note—and not a given—is the staff's stability: I've seen the same waiters for years, a clear sign of a calm and well-managed work environment. This is also reflected in the service: cohesion, harmony, and customer care. Personally, it makes me feel at home. A rare added value, especially in a period when many restaurants suffer from constant staff turnover, often to the detriment of the diners' experience. The food is excellent, with a broad and carefully curated menu that truly pleases everyone: pizzas, sandwiches, burgers, salads... perfect even for large tables with diverse tastes. The quality is consistently high, and the variety allows you to always find something new to try. Finally, the beer selection is another strong point worth mentioning: extensive and well-chosen, perfect to accompany every dish. In conclusion, Kent is my comfort zone, the place I always gladly return to because I know I'll find good food, good drinks, and a relaxed, family-friendly atmosphere. I recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant evening, without any surprises... except those on the palate!

31/05/2025: Recommended by the owners of our B&B, we came to Angolo 37 for dinner and we loved it. All the ingredients are extra fresh and cooked with great finesse. The sauces are light and full of flavor, and the seafood is excellent. Even the fried food isn't greasy... we loved it, so we came back. Our favorite: the pasta with langoustines and shrimp. Thank you for tantalizing our taste buds!
18/05/2025: Location: seafront and basic furnishings. It has outdoor tables. Excellent Menu: If you want to taste "the fish" approach the counter, choose and it will be served to you. Fresh fish, raw fish, sea urchins, carpaccio (I recommend swordfish carpaccio or tuna and octopus). The sea shells (like snails) are a delight. Excellent first courses, I recommend lenguine with the aroma of sea urchin pulp and scialatelli with scampi and the aroma of shrimp. The homemade desserts are a delight. Wide selection of wines. Fast and attentive service. The kind owner Antonella offered us a bitter. Average high price, but considering the fresh fish I would say excellent. It is always a pleasure to return to Angolo 37 and I see that the environment has also improved. Congratulations to everyone.
