We were truly impressed by the quality of service and the passion that permeates this restaurant. The waiters and owners were impeccable and very kind. You can clearly sense that they love their work and that they care about making every customer feel special. A special round of applause goes to the owners, a husband and wife team who are extraordinary people who put their heart into everything they do. They personally came to our table to greet us, enthusiastically sharing the history of their products and the philosophy of the restaurant. It's rare to find such dedication to their customers: they truly made us feel at home. And then... the meat! Simply amazing. The carpaccio was one of the best I've ever tasted: tender, flavorful, and melting in your mouth. A true delight. But the real surprise was the cured meats, of superior quality, winners of numerous awards—and it's easy to see why! In short: a place where the food excels and hospitality reigns supreme. We'll definitely be back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for an authentic, tasty, and meticulously crafted experience. We made a great discovery last night in the heart of Martina Franca. We were out for a ride on our motorcycle and found this place, the Braceria carnezzeria. The owners are very attentive to their customers' needs, and what can we say about the sandwich? Simply spectacular, delicious, and the real highlight was the fries, which weren't mass-produced, and that makes for a very tasty sandwich! 😋 Congratulations!

My wife and I ate excellent meat, the staff is friendly, the owner is an excellent griller and very helpful. Phenomenal Apulian Bombette, about half a kilo of lamb chops and to finish a sliced ​​rocket and parmesan all accompanied with excellent baked potatoes and onion with oil homemade by them. To finish local bitter and sweet offered by the house. We will return, but obviously I recommend Carnezzeria to everyone for the goodness of the meat and tenderness. Excellent quality/price ratio.

Abbiamo mangiato ottima carne io e mia moglie, il personale è cordiale, il titolare un ottimo griller e molto disponibile. Bombetta pugliesi fenomenali, mezzo kg circa di costolotte d'agnello e per finire una tagliata rucola e grana il tutto accompagnato con ottime patate al forno e cipolla con olio fatta in casa da loro. Per finire amaro locale e dolce offerto dalla casa. Noi ci ritorneremo, ma ovviamente consiglio a tutti la Carnezzeria per la bontà delle carni e tenerezza. Ottimo il rapporto qualità/prezzo.
