If I wanted to emphasize yesterday's evening, it would have been 1 star and highly discouraged, but that's not the case and it wouldn't be true.
Out of three visits, two were good, but yesterday was a complete disaster.
You can have excellent products, good service, and excellent staff, but timing is as crucial as everything else.
After two hours, a table of three people with a little girl telling you, "Bring me what you want, I'm hungry," we had to wait a bit longer.
We appreciated the apology and the discount when we decided to leave and not wait any longer.
We returned and it fully recovered in every way.
Time, products, quality
We had a wonderful time and it's definitely among the most recommended in the area.
I'll leave the first part out to make it clear.

Good meat, nice atmosphere, but the dining room is filled with fumes from the cooked meat. The cuts of meat are very good, the sandwiches could be better prepared, and some prices need to be reconsidered, which discourages ordering. Otherwise, the food is good.

Delicious meat. We ordered the tartare tasting and over a kilo of Baltic Friesian beef. Sides of fries and salad.
The service was friendly and efficient.
The atmosphere was clean, modern, and tidy, but a bit cold. How I would have loved a nice crackling fireplace!
The price was reasonable.
Recommended.

I've been to Carne e Fuoco and I must say it was a wonderful discovery. The quality of the meat is immediately apparent: tender, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. The wine selection is also excellent, with many interesting pairings.
The service is friendly and the atmosphere is welcoming, making you feel at ease.
I'll definitely be back. I highly recommend this place for anyone who loves properly prepared meat.

I returned to the establishment after a year. The dishes proved to be the restaurant's strong point, along with the bill. The service was courteous, quiet, and efficient, thanks in part to the day (December 27) and time (lunch). The clean, simple atmosphere leaves you indifferent. But that's okay.

Nice place. Good morning, meat, plenty of choice. High-quality meats and preparation. The first courses are also excellent.
The atmosphere is casual but welcoming, and the wait staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful.
The only downside... Saturdays and weekends in general: biblical wait times.
Definitely worth a visit and a quick return visit. Well done everyone!

Let me start by saying that if you go to this place, I advise you not to sit (even if the staff tells you) near the entrance. Even though there are two mushroom stoves, every time the door opens you'll freeze, and hence, obviously, the boredom of having to choose between hot and cold.
It's unacceptable for the waiter to say, "There are no menus available, you'll have to wait a bit," but print out 10 more menus, or better yet, use a QR code, right?
Okay, the menus arrive, you place your order, and then, with two bottles of water and a basket of five slices of bread, the wait begins... a little over an hour. It's okay that it's Saturday night, it's okay that it's crowded... but I expect that regardless of the day of the week, the service could be faster.
That said, we liked the quality of the food (except for the special meatballs, which were very tough). A bit of a challenge is that you can't just have a starter, but MUST share it with another diner. Unfortunately, some dishes are even similar! So, the selection is minimal and similar. Maybe we'll try it again IN THE DINING ROOM and ON WEEKDAYS...who knows.
