If I wanted to emphasize yesterday's evening, it would have been 1 star and highly discouraged, but that's not the case and it wouldn't be true. Out of 3 visits, 2 were good, but yesterday was a complete waste. You can have excellent products, good service, and excellent staff, but timing is as crucial as everything else. After 2 hours, a table of 3 people with a little girl telling you, "Bring me what you want, I'm hungry." You can't say, "We'll have to wait a bit longer." We appreciated the apology and the discount when we decided to leave and not wait any longer.

I had a wonderful birthday, with a quality lunch and a focus on the ingredients that perfectly reflects the restaurant's quality. I will definitely be back.

On Saturday, we went with friends and our children to this excellent grill restaurant. The atmosphere was welcoming and the staff very attentive. The appetizers were truly excellent, especially the house specialty, consisting of cold cuts, cheeses, and truly excellent side dishes. The kids had beef meatballs with chickpea cream. I couldn't help but try them, and they were incredibly light and delicious. For starters, we tried both the cacio e pepe and the carbonara. The latter deserves a special mention for the sublime crispiness of the guanciale. Finally, we shared a kilo of Florentine steak, accompanied by a grill on which we could finish cooking it. After finishing it, even though we were so full, I only wanted seconds. The quality was truly excellent at a great price. I would return.

We ate very well and spent the right amount (actually, the very right amount). It's clear that the staff (attentive to every need and extremely kind) know the product, which is high-quality, expertly prepared, and perfectly mastered.
