🏡 What can I say? I stumbled upon this place while on a road trip in the area, looking for a place to have lunch, and my choice led me to Carmen Food Lab. Upon entering, you're greeted with a warm welcome, thanks to the friendly staff, the light atmosphere, and the wonderful decor. Friendliness reigns supreme here. The menu offers an excellent selection, and the Fit section is also very popular. Definitely a place to return to.

My wife, my son, and I in this splendid restaurant decorated for Christmas. A quality that's rare in these parts. The appetizer and first course were beautifully presented, and the portions were just right for each category. I struggled to finish the first course! The original Culurgiones carbonara version, beautifully filled and truly presented. The music and hospitality were top-notch! We'll be back. It's always a pleasure to return to this restaurant for dinner. The food is spectacular, and both the owner and the staff are wonderful people who truly know their job! I highly recommend it, whether for lunch, aperitifs, or dinner.

Well, I really don't know where to start. I had such a great time that a positive review seems too little for the experience. We trusted the owner's advice and ate two modern, innovative pizzas, yet still rooted in Italian tradition, truly special. We felt like we were eating pizzas of the future, thanks to the technique, and traditional, thanks to the authentic flavor. For main courses, we chose entrecote and cuttlefish, both phenomenal! Delicate yet intense, with tender meat and crispy cuttlefish 😍 (Forgive us for forgetting the exact names of the dishes.) To conclude, we had the honor of tasting (in our opinion) HER MAJESTY THE CHEESECAKE and an excellent tiramisu. The owner's eyes sparkle with the passion and dedication he puts into every detail. Guys, go try it because it's still very cheap considering the quality of the ingredients, the technique, and the attention to detail. Thank you so much ❤️

From Como to Boario...we found this restaurant downtown near the conference center. We wanted to have an aperitif...but it ended up turning into a proper dinner: a non-alcoholic cocktail prepared by Claudio, magghy pizza, tuna tataki, and berry cheesecake...all excellent, served with expertise and friendliness in a refined and relaxing atmosphere. A great discovery.

A solid experience...started as an aperitif...amazing...the leavened pizzas with perforated cavities...you'll still be craving something from "Ambrogioo" and here's the brilliant mezza where aperitif...so tuna...finishing with chocolate negroni...what else...
