We ate here by purchasing a voucher for a tasting and I must say that the food is truly high quality! Cacio e pepe spectacular 😍 The combination of food with cocktails is definitely worth trying and experimenting with, I prefer them as pre or post dinner, they are also very good and special 👏👏 Careful, youthful environment: Recommended!

A friend and I took a stroll around Boario and decided to have lunch here. Very nice and well-kept place (my friend especially appreciated the special lights) and very good food. We ate a Cesar Salad, the right portion and very well made. Kind and knowledgeable staff. Too bad we live so far away. Highly recommended!!

We found this place by chance and we have already been there three times in a short time, it is a quiet welcoming place and the staff and especially the owner are attentive and very cordial and friendly, the pizza is very good and special and the cuisine is tasty and attentive. This is the place to end a beautiful day serene and joyful... Highly recommended.

We chose the fish-based tasting menu, I liked everything, and I found the combination with the cocktails very original...also ideal for those who have to drive... The environment is nice, clean, modern, the staff very friendly... I imagine it has a good choice of wines, because my husband chose a delicious zibibbo at the end of the meal... We will certainly return... nice for couples but also for dinners with friends...

My daughter and I had dinner at this place, the food is excellent but the pistachio cheesecake is something spectacular... The service is impeccable and the location is very nice and attention to detail. If I'm in the area again I will definitely come back to eat at this place

Locaton elegante in chiave moderna le pietanze sono molto ben presentate e sicuramente di qualità anche se le porzioni non si possono ritenere proprio abbondanti... Servizio ottimo rapido e attento, il prezzo è medio alto. Esperienza nel complesso buona, nulla da dire.

Locale molto curato e personale gentilissimo, il titolare si intrattiene piacevolmente al tavolo, ti mette a tuo agio e nel caso in cui ti servano consigli è in grado di soddisfare appieno le richieste, sia sul cibo che sul vino. Noi abbiamo apprezzato salumi e formaggi locali, poi una cacio e pepe decisamente al top ed ottime costolette d’agnello. Dopo cena ci siamo concessi due cocktail ben fatti e ottimi per concludere la serata senza dover cambiare locale. I prezzi sono decisamente onesti, ed è davvero un piacere trovare quasi per caso un locale gestito da ragazzi giovani, preparati e gentili. Ragazzi, complimenti e grazie della bella serata.

08/05/2025: A truly beautiful experience at the 4 Rose Restaurant in Rovato. We were greeted with impeccable service: attentive, professional and at the same time warm, capable of making us feel pampered throughout the lunch. We started with an excellent Cà del Bosco 2016 Vintage Collection Dosage Zero Noir, a pure Pinot Noir that won us over with its elegance and complexity. Perfect accompaniment to appetizers and first courses. Among the dishes, the excellent risottos with Franciacorta and truffle stand out, creamy and well balanced, and a truly refined beef carpaccio with truffle and Parmesan, capable of highlighting high quality raw materials. The restaurant's cellar deserves a special mention: well stocked and full of international goodies. We chose a surprising Armenian red wine Horoz, grown at 1400 meters on Mount Ararat, which was able to beautifully accompany the main dishes with its strong and spicy character. A highly recommended address for those looking for high-quality cuisine, great attention to detail and a respectable wine selection

27/05/2025: Sehr schöne Location direkt am See Mir fehlt die Kraft, eine aufwändige Bewertung zu schreiben Der Fisch war gut, die Pommes waren sehr gut Aperol Spritz war sehr gut, hat mich gerettet Aber ansonsten die Tomatensoße von den Gnocchi war einfach die Tomatendose auf und zwei frische Basilikum Blätter reingeschmissen der Pfeffer aus der Mühle war wahrscheinlich vom letzten Jahr und hat so lange in der Sonne gestanden. Alles in allem ist der Laden für einen Riesen Campingplatz nebenan genau das richtige
