Carlina restaurant is a true gem in the heart of Turin. The atmosphere is elegant yet welcoming, with meticulous attention to detail, and attentive and professional service that makes you feel truly pampered. The cuisine is a perfect balance of Piedmontese tradition and modern creativity. Each dish is presented with exquisite refinement and surprises with the quality of the ingredients and the precision of the flavors. The risotto and veal cheek were exceptional. The wine list is extensive and well-researched, with excellent options. A high-end gastronomic experience in an environment where passion and professionalism reign supreme. Highly recommended for both a romantic dinner and a special occasion.

From me, a five-star overall. First of all, you eat on real tablecloths; the modern setting is meticulously designed. The service is excellent, with highly trained and courteous wait staff (without being overbearing), even accommodating allergy sufferers. Classic dishes revisited and masterfully crafted with a blend of flavors and colors; the great Piedmontese classics are also excellent. Fantastic drinks; the price is worth it.

For the restaurant and we were very satisfied (it's the second time we've been back) we had dinner in the beautiful internal courtyard. The service is courteous and fast. As an appetizer the scallops and the veal with tuna sauce, both excellent, as a main course the cappelletti and the cod, very good. For dessert tartatin and fruit tartlet, the first very good, the second a little hard and not very tasty. Also excellent the rosé alta langa and the moscato by the glass. In total 150 euros. You can bring dogs. Also recommended for a romantic dinner. For the bar: it will be the fourth or fifth time we've been here for a drink. Before Covid they had a splendid location on the hotel terrace, with a view of the mole. Now there are tables in the internal courtyard, in the closed space, very elegant, I also have on the square. We were on the square: in the evening it is particularly beautiful with the colored lights. It was a post dinner. We had a vermouth cocchi with ice for 6 euros (nothing to nibble on). Very good vermouth, they have a bit of a selection. Quick and friendly service. Recommended!
