We approached it because of the scent coming from the road parallel to the entrance (remarkable) and we reached it. Very popular, we took the receipt and went to the counter. The staff, all busy, didn't ask anyone who was there first, but served the customers randomly regardless of their arrival... naturally the rudeness of the customers is well known and no one dreamed of losing an unduly acquired priority. We politely waited for them to notice us and reported the unpleasant incident. The operator promptly apologized and made amends by serving excellent products. Well done, but we recommend equipping yourself with mechanisms to manage the queue. Advised

Sito in posizione strategica tra il palazzo della Provincia e gli Ospedali Riuniti, questo locale offre praticamente a qualsiasi ora cibo per la colazione, la merenda e il dessert (sia paninetti e rustici salati che pasticceria). Molto accogliente la location e personale sempre educato.

Cozy but rather chaotic bar as it is very busy. Although the staff is quick, sometimes you have to wait a while for your turn at the counter. The coffee is as good as the croissants which can be filled in various ways. It also offers cooking services which I cannot review as I have not tried it.
