This is my second time staying here. Large room, very comfortable bed! The bathroom is also large. Excellent breakfast! The location is great for me! Close to Termini station (where trains go to everywhere) and also very close to the Castro Pretorio metro station. There's a restaurant and pizzeria right next door, and a supermarket too. In short, I recommend the stay! The staff greet us very kindly.

The hotel is well-located with prices in the mid-range. It's a quiet hotel with a pleasant welcome and clean rooms. It's a shame the breakfast is the same every day. Overall, we had a good stay at this hotel.

Staff were reluctant to assist when my Webster medication pack went missing.These medications were important as I have serious medical conditions. The Webster pack was on the table in the morning and was gone when I returned to my room in the afternoon. It was never found. I was very disappointed that the staff were not willing to investigate. Don’t leave important items and valuables around.

We stayed here for 3 nights. The rooms are very comfortable and well-appointed, and the cleanliness is excellent, as is the service. It's a shame the rooms aren't very soundproofed because we were in the first room on the corridor, and every person walking past and chatting disturbed us. We could also hear the elevator. Otherwise, the property is in an excellent location near the train station, and the tram and metro take you to Rome's most important monuments in no time. Breakfast and dinner were more than good.

The food is good, considering it's a university cafeteria. Portions are adequate, dishes vary quite a bit from day to day, and the quality, while not restaurant-quality, remains more than satisfactory. You can create a complete meal with a first course, second course, side dish, bread, and fruit or dessert, and there are often alternatives for those who prefer a lighter meal or those seeking something more substantial. Another strong point is undoubtedly the affordable prices, which vary based on the ISEE bracket. This allows all students to eat for just a few euros, making the cafeteria a convenient and sustainable option, especially for those who eat there every day. However, there are some drawbacks. The place isn't particularly attractive: the ambiance is rather spartan, with basic, poorly-maintained furnishings, and doesn't contribute to making lunch an aesthetically pleasing experience. Furthermore, during peak hours, lines form very long, and you may have to wait quite a while to be seated and eat.
