Because it is a converted monastery, all noise and cigarette smoke disappear as soon as you enter the hotel. Close to Termini Station, affordable price of around 180,000 won per night for a 3-person room, clean facilities, beautiful garden, and free breakfast worthy of a 4-star hotel. You can have a special experience eating breakfast together at the table next to the brides. The area where you eat breakfast is an indoor space that welcomes the morning sunlight with a clear view of the outdoors. This is a Rome hotel that only I want to know about.^^

Bit older place, some things in rooms doesnt work well like shower door but overall its okey. You are close to center and train. Breakfast was average but people are very kind and nice.

The room was for three people. Very comfortable and spacious. Spacious shower. It has a very beautiful interior patio and an attached church with direct access with exceptional paintings. It is worth visiting Very complete breakfast and very friendly staff. The location is ideal from Termini station.

In a quiet and clean environment, very clean rooms, a simple but high-quality concept. The breakfast was also of good quality and sufficient.

During a stay in Rome with my mother and my dog, I booked this hotel via the Booking.com website for 3 nights with breakfast and I can tell you that the stay was perfect. First of all, what a pleasure not to have had to pay anything extra for my animal but also to have been so well received with it (small constructive remark: a little cousin and small treats for the dog in the room would be appreciated) Secondly, the room was spacious and suitable for two people, the bedding +++ and the bathroom quite large. Small downside: the air conditioning was a little noisy at night but we slept well despite this. Breakfast was ok, fresh and good. It was renewed every day, which was nice. It would have been just 2 or 3 degrees missing in the room but at this time (December) but also given the layout of the room, I suspect that it could be complicated. The staff were very welcoming, kind and caring. Thank you for keeping our suitcases, it's very pleasant when leaving for the airport late. I recommend this hotel, the location is ideal and the area is peaceful. It is well located 5-10 minutes walk from the central station which connects you to the airport via the Leonardo express train but also by the metro where the Termini stop is located on both lines. I will come back and I wish good luck to this hotel.

The advantage is that you sleep in a former convent and that the cathedral is right next to it. I recommend buying breakfast outside if possible, but showering was inconvenient due to poor drainage. Hot water does not come out well

Austere on the outside, refined on the inside. I believe a former convent still connected to the church next door. Breakfast on the covered and heated terrace but in November too many drafts. Large and spacious rooms... three stars because it doesn't have a bidet in the bathroom (not even a sweet on the toilet) and in Italy for me it's not acceptable given the price level.

It was literally excellent! The inner garden was exactly as in the photos. Even the greens and flowers :) Room was also amazing, clean and toiletries were provided! The location is good and safe. Everything is in walking distance.

The staff was friendly and the breakfast was nice. What made this a tough place to stay was the lack of a working AC. We were told the AC was working and supposedly maintenance checked it. However, it never really cooled inn the room. I had to use a small fan to cool me down after walking around the room to use the restroom or grab something. It was hard to sleep at night as well since the room was too hot.
