The staff was friendly and the breakfast was nice. What made this a tough place to stay was the lack of a working AC. We were told the AC was working and supposedly maintenance checked it. However, it never really cooled inn the room. I had to use a small fan to cool me down after walking around the room to use the restroom or grab something. It was hard to sleep at night as well since the room was too hot.

We loved our stay, the hotel is just a few minutes from Termini station, and as Rome's main attractions are relatively close, with a 20 to 30 minute walk you can reach most of them.
Excellent breakfast, room always very tidy and attentive and helpful staff. I highly recommend it!

Great, very close to the Termini station where the trains take you from the airport, very clean, breakfast
Perfect, super large rooms, lovely staff, and they have a beautiful church. And 15 minutes from the center of Rome, we will definitely return again.

Very nice hotel within walking distance of the main train station. I believe it had once been a monastery operated by the Australian Church. I booked a single room and it was a very large and spacious room, nicely decorated. Even the bathroom was very large. The front desk staff were extremely friendly and informative. The breakfast buffet was offered in a large, spacious room with good choices.
