Carburo Bar Ristorante In Imola

Excellent restaurant within the Imola Circuit, friendly staff, excellent menu selection, traditional dishes, a wide selection from starters to main courses, piadinas, and a wide and tasty selection of desserts. I highly recommend it. Carburo: I'll definitely be back to try your new offerings.

Good food, perhaps a little too expensive for a self-service restaurant, but its location right next to the track certainly plays a role.

Well in the end a Self Service though.....being able to eat just below the level of the pit lane is priceless, food seasoned with the sound of the engines,,,,, better during the Minardi Day (real exhausts) because with these hybrids it seems saltless.......

Self-service with motorway service station dishes, but it's clear that the location close to the circuit is more attractive.
